I placed an order on Uber Eats for my last night here in Miami. My girlfriend and I ordered three burritos with steak, potatoes, and cheese and a crispy chicken taco.
For each burrito/taco, we paid an additional $1.46 to add the meat.
The order arrived without steak or chicken. As a result, we ate three burritos and one taco with just potatoes and cheese. Really, really, really bad.

Literally sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes just to get to the speaker box. The employee said “please wait 15 minutes”. Sat at the order speaker for about 10 minutes and then the employee took my order. When I drove around to the window to pay, I could not get up to the window because people were standing in the drive-through window in the driveway!!! it took another 10 minutes for the people to clear the way so I could even pay for my food. Finally pay, and then the employee told me to back up in the drive-through and waited another 45 minutes for my food. During this time, I watched dozens and dozens of people standing in the driveway of the drive-through going up to the window for walk order or something . I don’t know if they were pissed off customers with wrong orders or people doing food delivery service but pedestrians do not belong in the driveway surrounding your car. It felt very unsafe and there were a few sketchy characters hanging around . I know corporate would not approve this nonsense with what’s going on with the time the waits or people surrounding your car as you’re trying to get a drive-through order. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with this utter nonsense!!! Stay Away!!!

Just picked up an order that i ordered and picked up from the drive through. Total should have been about $20. They added my items to someone else’s uber eats order and then charged me $37. Only realized after I got home and checked the receipt which had no prices. So I had to go online and check pricing. Running a scam.
Food was also super disappointing and tacos had a few onions and barely any meat. Avoid this place.

Didn’t include sauce packets in door dash order. I travel alot and the cheaper stores don’t include sauce to save a few cents on orders in DoorDash because there’s little recourse but I can rate you as a lousy owner and franchisee in google and you’ll never remove it cause it’s stuck forever. Do better owner!

BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. In all my life, I have never experienced such a dumpster fire situation while sitting in the drive-thru for over an hour. Just left a major concert and it was approximately 11:30 PM. As soon as I got to the speaker box which took about 20 minutes to get there in long line, I was prompted immediately and instructed that it would be 10 more minutes until our order could be taken. Once 15 minutes passed, Order was taken. When I got to the drive-thru window and paid. There were about a dozen walk up orders customers at the same drive-thru-window, which explained the holdup. Yes, you heard it right, They were servicing walk ups customers for app orders at the same time at the same window as the drive-through. I was asked to back up to make room for the long line at the window. Almost 40 minutes later I received my food which was hot and correct, but experience was like being at a Third World country. It felt like you were gonna get car jacked, to be honest. Lots of crowds of customers surrounding drive in cars in the drive-thru, all being walk up orders. All said and done, here’s a free tip…. Maybe handle drive-thru orders for drive-thru and not have walk up app orders at the same window because waiting over an hour for a few tacos is absurd. If this was my first experience at a Taco Bell, I would never ever ever return. Beware, you’ll have a similar experience, as I should of listened to the reviews. Don’t make the same mistake!

Service here is horrendous. You will be treated like a bug. Legit do not come to this Taco Bell. Idk what exactly the problem is, but they have no shame in how long it takes for the drive thru to move. I say that because they ought to be ashamed of themselves. Corporate should shut this place down.

TACO BELL CORPORATE WYA? I don’t understand how it’s been so many months of this, looks at the reviews. This place crashes and burns at night, except that would mean the workers actually did something. I get it if you’re short staffed, but sitting out there waaaaiting 30/45 min with no food coming out, no sign of life inside, makes no sense. I’m waiting an hour for some $10 trash food I’m trying to grab and go. And then when I get my food, it’s cold and sauceless..riddle me that. The only reason I go there is bc it’s so close to my house, but I’m making the treck somewhere else from now on or skipping out.

the guy at the window on january 19th/ 20th at 2 am was EXTREMELY unprofessional with the uber eats and door dash orders. had about 20 dashers and drivers STANDING out in the cold for over an hour. wouldn’t look at anyone in the eye. the tickets would come in and he would grab them and throw them away. had no name tag, was very rude, wouldn’t acknowledge what anyone was saying. this is extremely unprofessional behavior
