We’ve had good and bad experiences with Zippys before. I come back because of the garlic bites but after tonight I don’t think we will be back. One pizza was burnt (the photos are of the least burnt pieces I hadn’t already gotten rid of), one had hardly any toppings, and the garlic bites had so much garlic that no one in my family could eat them. We had to throw them all away. Huge disappointment. I will say, the parts of the pizza that had toppings and weren’t burnt were very good. But overall, not anywhere near worth the cost.

Bravo! A most excellent pizza and just in time to combat a serious case of pizza burnout. Today is my first time having Zippy pizza and I know already from sampling on the drive home that there will be many more visits by me. I loved everything about this pizza, including the very reasonable price that is comparable with the major chains. The regular crust was just right, not too thick or too thin and the flavor stands on its own, no need for overwhelming “flavors” to mask subpar pizza dough. The sauce and cheese mix blend nicely with the natural flavor of the crust. I’m a big fan of the pepperoni, which is spicy and flavorful, a welcome change from the bland pepperoni on the big chain pizza shops in the area. This pizza reminds me of the great pizza we had before the big chains swamped the market with lackluster, fast-food style pizza that all tastes the same. I highly recommend you order your next pizza from Zippy pizza!

I showed up as stated, 40 minute wait, and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my single pizza and breadsticks. Was given only 1 update and was told only 4 minutes as it’s in the oven… waited an additional 20 to get my food. My food was cold, not fresh. I’ve been eating there for 10 yrs, and will no longer return. Save your money, and time. Cuz you’ll be waiting for cold food.

if I could I would do no stars. The website says they close at 9pm. I got in a few minutes before hand. Lady comes walking up says how may I help you. I respond and say whats the chances of getting 2 orders of zippy sticks. She responds after a moment and says I cant actually do that, our system is down. I politely left. Issue with that is you have the door open, open signs and everything lit up like you are still open. Very upset not sure about returning anytime soon.

Very disappointed we placed an online order and drove all the way from Byron to give this place a chance just to ask for a refund. Online told us 30 mins, walking in I was told another 20. Then the girl says well online is ever accurate. Hmm seems like online ordering is due for construction as well. Then when I asked for my money back because I didn’t have another 20 to wait she got rude and snippy. However did appreciate the girl she got from the back that had a better attitude.

It’s the only pizza place in Swartz Creek I want to ever go. Their Hawaiian style is fantastic, unique pineapple pieces! And they have rare things like sardines! I know I just described two very controversial pizza toppings, but in general it is the best place in town and it’s family owned. They have amazing twists too. Great place!

I ordered a medium meat pizza a small pepperoni pizza the smallest antipasto salad they had and bread sticks. My bill was $63.00 I try really hard to support small businesses but when I feel they are taking advantage of us it makes it hard. When I go to Sams Italian restaurant I get a large meat pizza a large antipasto salad along with large order of samoritos and we all get a soda and I pay $54.00 and I always have extra to bring home. Rant over…..
