Took 10+ minutes to get a bagel and croissant. The croissant is really just a slice of bread vaguely shaped like a croissant. They were out of everything bagels by 8:00am. Bagel I received was just shy of being burnt. Tables were dirty and sticky from previous customers. The manager (assuming she was the manager) seemed nice though. However There are far better options in Frederick.

I went in with my husband and the woman at the register(she had pink in her hair) and she was so incredibly genuine, kind, and helpful(as she was woth the 3 customers behind us). She helped talk me through good(and unexspected) flavor combos for the bagles and spreads (I had a toasted cheddar bagle with honey walnut spread and it was so good I almost wept, lol). We got a chia latte that was the perfect temp and the best I’ve had in ages!!! Good customer servise is hard to find and she definitely embodied the kind of delightful interaction you hope for from a small business.
All the staff we interacted with were professional and kind, and we even saw the manager (owner?) out and helping the staff. Tje spot was clean and had plenty of parking and seating. Truely a wonderful exsperiance with the delicious options making it a stellar stop for us. 11/10!!!

Plenty of seating, fast service, yummy food and coffee! I got the bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel. The bagel itself was the perfect texture-soft on the inside but tougher (but not too tough) crust on the outside.

I used Zipani Cafe to cater a small brunch I had at a local hotel, and my experience with them was excellent from start to finish. I worked with Renee to pick a menu and she was so helpful in giving me advice on what to choose and how much to order. She was prompt in answering emails and the whole process was so easy. She and the owner of the cafe delivered the food right on time to the hotel, and the bagels were so fresh they were still warm. They set up the food and drinks on the tables that the hotel provided. The bagels were amazing, as were the pastries and muffins. The coffee was hot and fresh. I highly recommend Zipani Cafe if you need catering. I have never been to the actual cafe, but the next time I’m in Frederick I will definitely be visiting to get their bagels. They are as good as ones you can get in New York City.

They have the best bagels in Frederick but the wait times are ridiculous. The place is always packed in the morning and they don’t have the staff and/or ability to make sandwiches quickly. I placed an order online 40 minutes ago for a simple breakfast sandwhich and it’s still not ready and this isn’t the first time. It’s a shame because the food really is good and the staff is very friendly.

The coffee and the honey walnut cream cheese on a cinnamon raisin were good. Also had a garlic bagel with pepper jack cheese, chicken, and a side of herb cream cheese, but it was just okay.

Always have a wonderful experience, delicious food and coffee. My most recent experience the coffee came out a little cool, and my sandwich was made with the wrong cheese, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helped to correct the issues. Coffee is always my favorite! And the main room space is so nice to dine in.

I love this hidden (ish) gem in Frederick. Fresh bagels, great coffee selection, bagel chips! Super friendly folks. I customize their supreme club sandwich for my tastes and it is KILLER. My GF loves their maple pecan coffee iced, but she also bought their kcups for home use.
