Man, I wanted to love it here so bad! We were spending the day with one of our boys and he loves Burgers. It’s no surprise he chose here out of all the options nearby we could’ve eaten at. We arrived right at opening. It was bright inside and decor nice. The bar area was great and definitely cable of holding larger groups. We were greeted with friendly smiles and seated inside. Our server Lief was awesome and he’s honestly the reason our visit stayed at three stars. He explained the specials of the month and let us know what items people seemed to love the most. He was attentive and fast throughout our entire meal. I ordered the burger of the month the relleno burger while my husband and son both ordered the hamburger. I was surprised at the price for just the burger especially since none come with sides. We ordered the zucchini fries for one since they were a favorite item (freaking $9 extra) and regular fries for mine ($6 more). While the burgers were cooked to perfection they all lacked any flavor, not even salt/pepper to taste. Besides the hamburger taste it was bland. None of us finished our meal and spent over $80 for the three of us with tip. I was so surprised that even with the peppers it had no flavor. Totally bummed and most likely won’t return.

I really wanted to like Zinburger! I was craving a burger and heard that this place was great. Unfortunately, my smashburger was really salty and the chicken tenders on the kids menu weren’t fresh. The fries were over fried and salty as well. I expected fresh food from a gourmet burger place. Everyone was really nice which goes a long way, but I had to ask twice for a high chair and I asked for a few other things that never came. The server asked how the food was and graciously offered to remove my food from the order when I told her I didn’t love mine so I appreciated that. I’m hoping it was just an off day in the restaurant because the drinks were great and the atmosphere was lovely. Maybe others will have a better experience than I did.

Wait staff friendly and accommodating. Frequently checked with us to assure satisfaction. Recommended various libations and dishes. Relaxing atmosphere. Food was a bit pricey but where isn’t it nowadays. Chinese chicken salad plate was great. Burger cooked to perfection. Chicken burger tender and juicy. The food at this place isn’t bad at all. The atmosphere is also pretty vibey. The issue is the service. We had a party of 8 or 9 for a very special event and our server, while sweet, ignored us almost the whole time. It took us 3 hours, not even lying, from appetizers to getting the bill.
On the positive side, the Zucchini Fries were awesome but slightly soggy. The Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was awesome and the shakes were a yummy way to end a meal. However, none of the food was good enough to wait from 6-9pm. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

Stopped in on Christmas Eve with family. We sat at the outside bar and had a great experience. The bartenders are fun and happy which is almost unheard of these days. I’m hoping they treat their employees better than they use to. I know back when we lived in Gilbert and knew ppl who worked here, that was not the case. Cheers and happy new year. Yes, food was good.

Clean, open layout. Amazing burgers! The wait staff is on top of things, courteous, and you don’t have to prairie dog in order to search for your server.
