Wanted this place to be my regular bar. You only get good service if a select couple bar tenders are working. Tonight, 1-2-26, was my worst experience. Was forgotten about a couple times and then presented with a receipt when I came back from the restroom and told I wasn’t supposed to be there because some dude that looked like me got kicked out. I’ve never been kicked out of a bar it my life. I usually order about $50-$70 worth of drinks and food and tip 30%. I’ll never go back.

I’ve pasted by this place a couple times as I shopped in Kroger and always wanted to try. My husband and I decided to finally try it since we live in the city and we’ve got to get to know the place. What a pleasant surprise of how great this food was. Chilli cheese fries is a must.Dawn was our waitress and she was really sweet! ‘ll definitely be going back.

We went to eat The waitress took her order never been over an hour and we still hadn’t got our food. My manager come over and asked if you wanted it we could get it to go and we told him that we only had 10 to 15 minutes before we had to leave. The waitress never came to check on us after giving our drinks and appetizers. The manager said our Porter had gotten lost And they only gave us 10% off of our meal after waiting over an hour for a food

Really? Pizza was equivalent to the Kroger brand frozen pizza. The cheesesteak meat wasn’t seasoned and the wings were on par with frozen also.

Stopped in today with a buddy of mine for lunch. It was really amazing. We were seated promptly and drink orders taken and brought out almost immediately! Kristen was our server. Took our food order and I was surprised how fast it came out! Fresh…hot and really good. Kristen was exceptional! Served us promptly and chatted while she was serving. Checked on us at different intervals to make sure all was good which it was. I’ll for sure return for lunch or dinner. Kristen was very professional…fast…friendly and personable! If you have never been here you need to stop in and grab a bite to eat!

While I can’t comment on food or atmosphere the service was terrible. We walked in about 9:30 on a Friday night. (Who would think a bar closed that early) I ordered a Miami vice. The bartender had no idea what I was asking for. So, I explained it. She rudley told me, “we don’t serve frozen drinks.” Then throws up a menu saying, ” this is what we have.” As we proceed to leave, she yells, ” by the way, the kitchen is closed!” We had not inquired about any food. As known to the community as a family establishment I find this rude behavior appalling. I don’t plan on returning. Definitely not the kind of customer service one should expect to receive. Little did I know that they were close to closing, still doesn’t excuse the behavior. To add, what bar closes at round 9:30 on a Friday night? It was full of people by the way.

Burger came back burnt with almost no cheese then our waitress Kandence disappeared until it was time to pay I politely said something to her her response was well you ate some it so, asked for the manager said she get them waited 10 minutes for her to come back and say their wasn’t one on duty really disappointed in the service and the fact the waitress continued to stall and lie.

I thought I’d try something new on the menu tonight. The ultimate nachos were drowning in nacho cheese and were soggy before they even came to the table. I mentioned it to the waitress, and she said she was sorry, but that’s how they make them here and to next time ask for less cheese.
