Ziggi’s is a pretty reasonable place with a wide variety of drinks.
Their coffee tends to be more on the sweet desert type of coffee, but maybe I haven’t found their coffee coffee.
The place is nice inside, and the employees are all very courteous, I don’t think I have had less than exemplary customer service and I’m in there at different times on different days, so the whole team is firing on all cylinders.
There is a drink there for you, they are great, and they have my patronage.

So sad to give a 1 star, we come there all the time. However today Jan 1 @1230pm was not good. The girls that took the order messed up, when asked to correct it ; they left the window open and proceed to say things about us. When asked to speak to the manager they had just left. I conforted the teen she says “ok” like she didnt care. So sad…

”Terrible experience today. I waited 30 minutes before the staff realized they had no idea what I ordered. After I told them, they threw the drink together in under a minute. It tasted awful—mostly syrup and ice. Between the long wait and the lack of quality, I won’t be coming back.”

I’ve been going to Ziggi’s since they’ve opened but the past few months have been getting progressively worse and worse. Most drinks are flavorless and stale. Check your STRAWS. Both Elizabeth and Parker locations seem to have mold growing on the inside of every single straw.

I started visiting this location a few months ago and the coffee has always been great and the staff is always friendly. It’s nice to see happy people behind the counter. I figured it was time to leave a review if this is going to be my new go to. Being able to use the wifi is also nice. Keep up the great Service!

Black coffee was good and the mocha was okay. A tad sweeter than starbucks so I am assuming it’s the type of chocolate used. The chorizo burritos are amazing! Definitely would recommend this place.

I’ve been through the drive through a handful of times but had a chance to sit in and do some work for several hours. Right away Paisley was really nice saying it’s ok that I leave some stuff at the table while I go to the bathroom as she was about to leave. The MOD (manager on duty) Trish was very friendly and such a hard worker and very communicative with her colleagues and the customers and very polite. Auggie was my cashier and was very kind and a good kid and was also working very hard! The place is really nice and clean and every worker I’ve met has been nice I have no complaints. Trish’s words of encouragement and compliments to her coworkers creates a very nice environment and very motherly. I will definitely be back in again! Highly recommend!

Went in last night for coffe and shout out to the 2 girls working! They were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering a recommendation for the caramel macchiato blender (I loved it!) I also ordered the waffle sandwich and it is to die for. They were fast and efficient and overall made my experience at this location truly enjoyable
