My family and I use to come to this place years ago, the food was great but unfortunately we had a waitress not serve us because she accused us of never tipping, guess all Americans look the same because ive always believed in tipping even if service and food arnt satisfactory, we stopped coming here. The restaurant opened at 11:00 a.m. and I arrived at 11:30. Almost all the “hot” dishes I served were cold. First time that I have ever had that experience at a buffet. I told 2 of the staff of that fact and they basically ignored me. Also, peanut-sensitive people should be aware that right next to the ice cream is a bowl of peanuts with a white coating that hides what they are. Be careful!

I used to love this place, I have dined 1-2x a month regularly, only Chinese food location I would eat at for many years… I think yesterday was my last trip unfortunately… Once again, The food at 5-6pm looked like it had been sitting there all day completely dried out, they just continue to mix the food around. The sweet and sour sauce was totally off color and consistency, I mentioned it to the waiter who couldn’t communicate with me (common issue). The health dept really needs to stop in and check this out at different hours. I took a look around and realized just how run down the place has gotten inside and outside, it’s sad because this place used to be absolutely glamorous inside… I ultimately left hungry, and disappointed. I’m on the hunt for a new clean place now.

It’s a buffet so I didn’t go there for the atmosphere but I had been going over the years, although it had been about a year since I last stopped in.
I never experienced it the way I did just now. I ordered something from the grill and picked things out to be stir fried. The grill wasn’t hot and the vegetables were not cooked, just warmed. I selected some things from the actual buffet, and everything was cold. We asked one of the servers and she said yeah everything is cold. I mentioned it to the cashier on the way out and I got the sense that he’s heard that many times. He didn’t react.
It’s almost as though they are going to close the place and are just going to try to collect as much as they can until the lease runs out. I don’t have any source for that but it didn’t seem as though they were trying to attract customers as they had been in the past.

The service here is horrible.The price is even worse..They act like they don’t know what your saying when you complain…The food is terrible I feel some years ago it used to taste better..The food is always cold &hard..everytime I come here I feel sick …It’s terrible to top it off the ice cream they had in there since 2000…Very hard&its very hard to scrap it out.freezer burn ..I don’t understand how are you supposed to make a salad with big pieces of lettuce..no options for that either…croutons were stale,they only have cucumbers&tomato.. $50 wasted ..My dad&I .my 6 yr old daughter $8.40 for a few pieces of chicken &noodles..I feel they charge different prices whatever they make up..

Went on Xmas eve at noon.
They had a sign up “Xmas eve brunch” which was a red flag that it was some sort of fire sale.
Every single item on buffet was leftovers. I’d say it was reheated. But most of it wasn’t even hot.

I took my 10 yr old daughter, they charged her as an adult, I let the worker know that she’s a child and kindly asked her to correct the charges, she said ok, got on the phone and started talking about us “not sure what she was saying”, then she said I had to correct it up at the register, an older woman checked us out at the register and I told her my daughter is 10 and that she was charged as an adult, the woman raised her voice and said “no, same price as you”

LONG REVIEW BUT PLEASE READ
Went there today with my 12-year-old niece and 6-year-old daughter. First off, they charged my 12-year-old niece an adult price because she was taller than the height line on their wall. I found that kind of weird, but okay — I still decided to stay.
I went to use the bathroom to wash my hands, and the toilets were disgusting — they did not look sanitized at all. I brought the issue up right away to one of the servers, who seemed to speak little English. She rudely told me to “speak to someone else.” (First red flag.) For some reason, I still decided to stay… kids were hungry ♀️.
We got our food, and when I went to set a plate down at the table, my niece and daughter were still choosing from the buffet. Suddenly, my niece ran over to tell me that the same woman I had spoken to earlier had rudely yelled at my 6-year-old daughter to move, shooing her away as they were replacing food at the buffet. I went to ask what happened, and once again, she told me to speak with someone else.
This time, I did. I explained the situation to another lady, who then walked over with me and spoke to the server in their language. They began yelling back and forth so loudly that everyone turned to look. I became uncomfortable and walked away — the yelling went on for at least a minute. At that point, we really should’ve left, but I still stayed ♀️.
I will say, I give the food a 7/10. Everything was fresh, but my corn on the cob was extremely overcooked, and my niece’s mussels were so filthy (as you can see in the picture) — they still had the beard inside.
Overall, I will never go to this buffet again. We ate because we had already paid, but I truly wish I had never patronized this establishment.
