Zeytin Turkish Restaurant on Ada is an absolute gem! The food is authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented—every dish is a delight. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel right at home. The ambiance has a charming oriental vibe that adds to the overall dining experience. On weekends, they sometimes have live music, which brings an extra lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxed dinner or a special night out!

Wow, this place is amazing! The food is delicious, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. They have a huge selection of Middle Eastern dishes, and they’re all so tasty. And their freshly baked bread is a must-try!

Went for a dinner date with my husband. We enjoy trying different places and eating a variety of foods, so we had a wonderful experience.

Our server answered all of our questions and made some recommendations when we asked him to compare a few of the dishes we were considering. We ended up splitting and app and each getting an entree. The plates are large so we both took food home.

The weather was great so we chose to sit on the patio and had the best experience.

Great hospitality and great food. The staff is very friendly and food is much better than anything you can get in GR. Definitely try the mezze platter.

Came in an hour before close only to be ignored by staff for 30 minutes then have people seated and told there was a “private party” we could pay $50 a ticket to join. No signs anywhere to let anyone know we had just assumed they were busy so we were waiting our turn. The ticket price isn’t what had us leaving, but the rudeness was. For our first time stopping by I can guarantee there will not be a second time.

Sadly, last visit well below expectations! It will be difficult to go back.

I promise a second chance 02/09/2024. I am very glad I did. Hummus is very good, very little garlic this visit with excellent flavor, beef shish kabobs again excellent! They have very friendly and very good service! I’m glad I came back!!

First time, not the best, but I will return and give them a second chance.
Started with the hummus, dry and way too much garlic, not enough tahini and lemon. Tabulie, no flavor and needed a lot more lemon, shish kabobs were very good, cooked exactly as I asked (med rare)
Very friendly and excellent service, decent atmosphere.

This was our first time trying Turkish food and we were not disappointed. The appetizer platter had a lot of very good hummus/salsas to eat with bread. The eggplant salsa was my favorite appetizer, but the pepper delight came in a close second. The Kaseri cheese flambe was a big hit with our whole table. The kids’ burger and chicken nuggets were nothing out of the ordinary. The lamb Mediterranean was very flavorful and paired well with both pita and rice. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly, but maybe could have used a little bit more seasoning. The adana kebab (seasoned ground lamb) was our favorite because it was seasoned perfectly. The iskender (sliced gyro in garlic yogurt and tomato sauce) was delicious as well. My lamb shish kebab was very tender and the chicken spinach was very juicy.

I came to Zeytin tonight, a full 30 minutes before closing, and was honestly shocked by the level of rudeness we were met with. My party was immediately and abruptly turned away, despite the restaurant still being open.
What really got me was the complete and utter lack of respect from the employees. Not a single staff member would speak to us, they avoided all eye contact, and just acted completely dismissive. We received zero explanation for why they wouldn’t seat us.
The disrespect didn’t end there. While we were standing there, we watched staff members actively cutting the line, seating other groups who had arrived after we did. It was baffling and incredibly frustrating for everyone waiting.
We were made to feel ignored and completely unwelcome. If a restaurant is going to operate with such a stunning lack of courtesy—and turn away customers a full half-hour before closing—it clearly has deep issues with management and staff training. Save yourself the frustration and dine somewhere else.

Good service and nice atmosphere. Complimentary pita wedges with oil and herb dip and butter. I enjoyed the beef shish kebabs. They were tender and juicy with a seasoned oil merinade.

Excellent location right accross from the water and ample parking space.
Environment is very welcoming and booths are covered with comfortable authentic seating.
Bar area is well designed and adding a depth to the view.
Menu is very well balanced to encompass turkish cuisine but not ovewhelming with too many options.
I have started with Lentil soup and it was excellent.
All off the starters sounded grrat so I chose sampler platter. Both eggplant samplers were stellar, also hummus of course is a safe choice.
My main dish was Adana Kebap and it was absoulutely great, made from fresh meat and perfectly spiced.
Lastly you need to finish Turkish food with a warm glass of Turkish Tea.
This was a great experience and Highly Recommend anyone in the area to try it.
