I absolutely love this place. I come here all the time when I’m in the area. It’s ran by an elderly woman who’s very sweet and really knows how to cook. You can feel the love in every bite. The spices used in the sauces is packed with a punch, so hope you’re able to handle it. I always get four tacos, and be way too sleepy after eating. The tortillas is packed with meat and everything is made perfectly. A real taste of Mexico!

I grew up in a border town lemme tell you what… The picture of the pozole had me SOLD I love it here, Abuelita sitting in the corner watching her novellas, it’s filled with LOVE. The owner is chill and always down for great conversation.

ordered a regular burrito. They said after she gave me my change back that they added sliced aguacates which was extra to my burrito and made it a super burrito and then charged me almost 15 dollars when it should’ve been 9. I questioned why as I didn’t request any of that and was ignored and she just walked away so I did the same

Friendly service, food was brought quickly & tasted good, and venue was clean with plenty of seating on a Sunday at noon. They allowed us to split the large posole ($10.50) which easily filled two of us up. Carnitas tacos were just okay but the adobada tacos were better. Overall good place.

From the moment I walked in, Lupe, the owner, treated me with kindness. The owner had a way of making you feel like you are visiting a good friend. After I placed my order, he had me sit and brought me chips with zesty salsa. The restaurant is cozy, and clean. When Lupe brought my order, he sat with me and we had great conversations about family and politics, which is a welcomed gesture in my book. I will continue coming back, til he shuts the doors for good.

Best Menudo in the area. The chili oil they provide is delicious and their tortillas are made by hand
