We went there last night for his birthday. The desert was really good, and the pasta dish I had was really good too. My fiance’s dish was good too, but it is on the bit pricey side, but they had good drinks and food.

I can’t believe I never did a review of Zesti. Since moving to the area 5 years ago I have been to Zesti numerous times and have never been disappointed. I have had business lunches, dates with my wife and even family dinners at Zesti. The ambience is rustic and amazing. The servers have all been wonderful, friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious. They even have GF options which is great for my daughter with Celiacs. I / We will be back. Cheers

My husband and I went here last night to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary! It was only the 3rd time we’ve been here as it is on the expensive side for us, but we love the food, the vibe, and the service so much! I don’t remember our waitresses name (the receipt said Kelly so i am assuming that was her) but she was great! She was so kind and helpful! I love that here I can eat an appetizer, an entire entree, and dessert and feel perfectly and contently full! My husband and I had an amazing time here to celebrate our anniversary!

I feel like the atmosphere and the menu tries to be a little on the fancier side, but the food was basic. They did have a lot of gluten-free options and labeled things accordingly however the up charges were significant. For instance, it cost an extra five dollars for gluten-free noodles when the dish was already over $25-30. Gluten-free bread tasted like it was frozen and then microwaved the texture was off compared to other gluten-free bread I had in the past. It was also significant charge for that which is understandable.
Even with all the gluten-free options and notifying the staff numerous times they’re still significant for cross contamination . I do not believe a celiac safe.

We have been to zesti several times before. We went for our anniversary. I called for reservations and said it was our anniversary. The food was great. Service was not good. We hadd to ask for refills. Had several dirty plates on the table. The server never asked if we wanted another glass of wine. Never asked if we wanted fresh Parmesan cheese on our meal. The server would just drop things on the table and walk away. We were never asked if the food tasted good. The server explained the dessert menu and walked away and returned 10 minutes later. Nobody said happy anniversary. There are a lot of restaurants to choice from. Hard to want to go back with the services we received

We went for our anniversary. My husband has celiacs so its one of the few places we can go. The creme brulee was to die for. Service and food amazing as always. We felt bad for the waiter who had the table behind us. Two woman and they both sent back their beet salads for having too many beets. Like seriously? Did you not understand what you ordered. Who ever the waiter was deserves a raise! He handled it like a champ!

Went to Zesti for my birthday. Immediately nobody greeted us at the door. Our waitress did not seem interested in serving us and was very curt. The food was just alright but what made me choose 1 star is when I had my leftovers the next day, there were two inedible hard items in the dish (angel hair pasta with veggies) that I couldn’t figure out what they were. Made me spit it out.
Usually I’m not one to comment but this was a lackluster experience.

The first time we went here, several years back, I liked it. Last two times I’ve been here, the food is just terrible. Overcooked. Under flavored. I can’t even eat it. It’s that bad. I can’t believe it says they give cooking classes here. My pork chop is supposed to have blue cheese and there was no blue cheese in it. None. I am done with Zesti. No more.

I learned about Zesti through a couple of coworkers. I had a good experience then so I had to introduce this place to the bf. Food and drinks were once again delicious. I would especially be back for their white wine sangria (so tasty and refreshing). Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended.
Oh, don’t forget to ask about their specials outside the menu.

This was our first time trying Zesti and it didn’t disappoint! The restaurant is right in downtown Hartland and there is street parking and some public lots within close walking distance. We went on a nice summer night and the windows were down so it was an open atmosphere. There were tables outside and of course, inside. The staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job. The food was delicious. It’s mostly Italian food and we all found something we liked. They bring delicious crusty bread and you can dip it in olive oil. The atmosphere is very comfortable and it’s family-friendly (they have a kids’ menu) and it’s also a great place for date night. There is a nice bar area and it’s a cool, fun place to have dinner. We will definitely eat here again!
