I have been ordering from zeps for month today we ordered an X-Large pizza it was so thin. So I called the store because it’s never we like this before and they told me that’s how it comes and if I wanted it remade I could return it and get a new one. But of course we had already eaten some so this was not an option. The owner didn’t care. We will be taking our business somewhere where else.

I don’t need to be anonymous and I’m sure this probably won’t get posted. But this afternoon we ordered wings from Zep’s Never did we say we wanted extra sauce. But my son picked it up at noon placed it on the passenger seat like we always do. With a 2 L. Left zips down California right onto 15th into front of our house this is the mess it made around my car. “ oh and it sisnt didnt move an inch from where he placed it. No he wasn’t driving dramatically so don’t say that. When I called Zeps to speak with someone the individual won’t put names out there just yet. Told me she did it. Remind you it’s hot sauce so now my car smells like vinegar bad my son‘s Carhartt jacket has been through the wash twice. When I spoke to management smartly all she could sat smartly was it wasn’t leaking when it left the amount of liquid that was on these wings made the wings look like they weren’t breaded. Shake my head what has happened to zips this is not the same place guess we’ll take our business somewhere else. Lately the pizza has been either undercooked or overcooked hardly no sauce or too much sauce I don’t know what’s going on. But I’m very upset and I’m upset as a person that who is always orders from here all the time you just lost a loyal customer you have a blessed day and have the day you deserve. Now I got a call and see about getting my car detailed.i

My home is in Canada but I am visiting my mother at Copeland Oaks while she is recovering from an illness. I was looking for pizza delivery and noticed Zep’s was close by so ordered on-line and requested a 5PM delivery.
The delivery driver phoned me enroute to make sure of where to deliver (Copeland is pretty large with multiple entrances). He was very nice and arrived right at 5PM. He was super nice and very personable (I wish I could remember his name!).
Then there was the pizza . . . my oh my!! It was sooooooo delicious (and pretty too)!! Pizza is my favourite food group and this one pretty much tops my list as one of the best! Maybe you could expand into Ontario????

The Hawaiian pizza is a plus. If you enjoy cauliflower you’ll definitely enjoy the variations of options. And for those with Gluten Intolerance they definitely have a selection to choose from!

I ordered a few things but the calzone was my issue. It was ridiculously burnt and the taste of the burntness was awful. I called in just to state the fact and the manager came on the line I explained and she said I know it wasn’t burnt I took it out of the oven myself and that’s how the oven cooks them now. If the oven burns food it should probably need an update or consider less time. I have never in my life had a calzone look and taste the way this one did. The manager did say she would replace it but why would I replace it with another burnt one if the oven cooks it that way?
I didn’t want it replaced anyways. But just wanted to state on here if you like calzones I wouldn’t get them from Zeps! 🙂

Pizza was very overcooked/burnt. By the time we got it home it was too late to call and try to sort it out. Ordered the same pizza a few days ago and it was fine, but tonight was just way too burnt to enjoy 🙁
Update: I called and spoke to the manager. She said she would discuss getting a refund with the managers and call me back. Never happened…

Diamond in the rough… This place is absolutely on point. Number one they have the best JoJo’s in a 15 mi radius easily. I hate to create problems for the ladies but they do custom pizzas. I’m sure they have limits, they are awesome though, don’t push the limits! Their chicken is cooked perfectly for the pizzas. They have a mac and cheese pizza. (I have not had it yet but Tuesday I will.) I will have pictures up very soon!!!
