Nice clean place, with seats both inside and outside drive thru as well . Bathroom was wheelchair friendly. Extremely affordable for the size of what you get and dairy free options for those who might need them . Staff was friendly and helpful also I was impressed with the selection of items. I’m always on the hunt for the best shake, the thicker the better! They have some called ‘concrete’ and the name makes sense now! They are so thick, the chocolate flavor is rich and delicious, and I really like the choices they have for toppings. When I got it, it had whip cream with a little bit of the toppings on it, looked so yummy! Pretty much what I’m saying is… my search for my local shake spot has ended and I will now be joining the reward program. 10/10 recommend. I also love their gelato, I just wish coconut cream was always on the menu! They have the consistency for their ice and custard on point. I don’t care what anyone else says. I’ve never been disappointed!

The employees were very friendly to customers, but the manager on Nov 10 was talking in a condescending, harsh tone to new young employees, and customers noticed. I get it, training is hard on everyone, but cut some slack, you’ll create a better atmosphere for everyone and retain employees longer. Your new young employees were sincerely trying hard and keeping an upbeat positive attitude.

Always the best spot for the end of date night! My favorite is the salted pretzel with nacho cheese. My date – my son(s) – always go for the gelata! They’ve always got specials and new flavors, so we come in time and again and are always happy!

3.18.23 – We just had another great experience at this location. Went inside for the first time. We usually just use the drive through. The lobby was busy but clean. Our order was made in timely fashion. The employees were very nice!
