For $60 I was expecting much better.
Today I was served by a young gentleman who I have the utmost respect for! His mannerisms from the phone to handing my food to me was excellent! I absolutely appreciate the service that was provided today, to include the food being better than ever! I’m not sure who was cooking today, but thank you as well!
Og: ** Please check your drinks prior to taking a sip!** I’m hoping this will bring attention to what seems like an ongoing issue. There is a heavy amount of debris in my drink from the machine. Employees are not taking the time to clean out the drink machines properly. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with the drinks. I mentioned this the second time it happened nicely to the front counter.
On a positive note, the food is really great, I have not had any issues with bad food.

The BBQ Chicken was so small that it was laughable. Do better Zeigler’s BBQ. Always a bad vibe every time we’ve been there too.
Granted, I don’t eat much sugar and that might be the reason. We will still come back again so don’t let the above hold you from here. It’s still a great place.
this is what 40$ worth of food gets you my grandmother and i placed an order over the phone for a plate and a pork salad i was told by the young girl on the phone to hurry and get there because they would be closing soon (over 45 mins before close) i rushed up there only to wait 20 minutes for my food (besides the point) i get home the pork is so dry and cold to the touch and i got nothing but skin and burnt brisket which isn’t cheap the mac and cheese was frozen literally solid and my grandma salad was entire pieces of lettuce (like someone just ripped a piece off an entire head of lettuce) and her pork on her salad was also extremely dry and cold neither of us even ate the food it was that bad and i didn’t receive the ranch that was suppose to be included nor did i even receive the one i paid extra for either i worked here in high school and they had such high standards this was my first time returning as a customer (5 years later) and i was extremely disappointed they are more focused on getting you out the door then ensuring you have quality food and a quality experience so not only has the quality of the food diminished so has the customer service so if you’re coming here expecting the same experience you experienced before i have very low hopes you’ll receive that
