Food-
I had birria tacos, mini tacos pastor and 2 tostadas chicken and beef.
The birria tacos were really good, one of the best ones I’ve tried overall. They were very stuffed and flavorful. 10/10 will recommend.
For the tostadas, the beef was very tiny chopped, and very well seasoned.
The chicken tostada was absolutely amazing, very big loaded and the chicken was so soft.
I had the horchata drink, personal preference I liked them more sweet but it was not bad.
Place-
Seems like they are remodeling some portions of the restaurant, doesn’t affect the food or service.
Restroom-
Very clean and ada compliant, mostly except the napkins a little to high for wheelchair users.
Our server was Ani, very nice and friendly. Came over to check on us, same as another worker to ask if we needed anything. Very friendly atmosphere, staff is bilingual so anyone can order.
We will be back when near the area.

This place is fantastic. Very spacious with a nice comfortable atmosphere. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are extremely friendly and eager to assist you with anything you need. The best part is their delicious food. Tacos, tortas, pozole, cesina con entomatadas, and many more dishes. All at very reasonable prices. Since it opened, , I’ve been here several times and will continue to come. We do not have any establishments in Rosenberg that are as good as this restaurant. I highly recommend it!

This was my first visit here. I was a bit skeptical from some negative reviews but still decided to give it a shot. We ordered a taco de pastor (harina), taco de fajita (maíz), a chicken fajita burrito, a barbacoa torta, and churros. The torta and churros are not pictured here. I also ordered an agua de horchata (it was alright, I’ve had better but still tasted decent). I customized my torta by asking for no tomatoes and my husband customized his taco with just cilantro and no crema on his burrito. My order was brought out correctly but his was not on both customizations. That’s my reason for knocking off a star. I would typically ask for anyone’s food at my table to be redone correctly but my husband decided it was not worth the hassle. Again, I would’ve given this place 5 stars but the waiter didn’t write down our order and if he can’t remember everything that was ordered the way it was ordered then maybe writing it down in the future will help him/her avoid this simple mistake. No shade, just a suggestion. Other than that, the food was delicious and the servers were attentive. The food didn’t take too long to be prepared either which was nice. We will definitely be coming back.

If I wanted a cold shredded lettuce burrito, then thats what I would have ordered. I told the girl who took my order 3 times that I wanted an avocado burrito. This is my second time there and every time I’ve been, it’s been disappointing. I also ordered 2 gorditas and apparently they do NOT come with beans at this place. Anywhere and everywhere I have EVER gone , the gorditas have ALWAYS been served with beans. The manager stated that customers were complaining about beans in the gorditas and that is why they stopped serving them with beans. On top of that my avocados weren’t fresh and black. Cold food. The first time I went I ordered avocado tacos. They barely put anything on the tortilla. Barely a slice of avocado with 2 pieces of cilantro and onion. I should’ve taken a picture then. They should really take off their “avocado” options off the menu because this ain’t it. This is people that didn’t care on how they made my food. TWICE now! That burrito was just mad disrespectful today! How could you even serve that to anybody? ZERO STARS!!!!

The food is a let down but the prices are lower compared to other restaurants. The salsas were bad, not one had any good flavor to it. The refried beans are store bought and served liquified. The meat has a decent flavor but is overcooked making it stale. The rice was the best part of the meal. Parking is limited due to it being shared with other businesses. The customer service is efficient but is very monotone, no personality or sense of hospitality from the staff. The interior lobby has no theme and is just a gray structure, no warmth or vibe. Seating is ample with several tables of four available. Overall this is a good place for a cheap taco but you get what you pay for. The service doesn’t make for a pleasant dine-in experience.

The service was amazing but unfortunately service can only get you so far for a food place. This is the second time eating here. First was take out and second was dine in. First time I got breakfast tacos. They messed my order u, the tortilla was hard and tasted burnt and the potatoes tasted like they weren’t only cleaned after peeling but burnt as well. This time I got breakfast tacos again and then a pastor taco. The flour tortilla again hard and tasted burnt. The pastor taco I got on corn with cilantro and onions. Mediocre at best and a little on the dry side. There are better places around this area to get a good solid taco and this place is not it. The atmosphere is okay but feels like it’s missing something.

Tacos, Red Pozole and Nachos for dinner were a hit. Tacos La Bala Rosenberg is open daily 7 AM to 9 PM and serves delicious and authentic Mexican dishes that are unique. You cannot get Cochinita pibil tacos in any taqueria— the fajita nachos were piled high with beef and chicken, a heaping serving of guacamole and velvety cheese. The red pozole with beef was heart warming, fatty in all the good ways, and full of flavor and spice! The tortillas are handmade and they offer a variety of aguas frescas — horchata, mango, jamaica, limonada to complete the perfect authentic Mexican meal.
We visited during peak hours and service was friendly but a tiny slow when we added an order of rice and beans. Nonetheless, we highly recommend and will be back!

Incredible. If you come here try the hand made tortillas, takes their already great protein variety to an entirely higher level. The vibe is very relaxing when it’s not lunch time but during lunch time it feels like an authentic Mexican Restaurant experience, like the ones you have on the border towns of Tamaulipas. Excellent place for a quick delicious lunch/meal.
