Food is not tasty. It was too salty and after waiting 30 mins they gave us cold food. The rice was not even fresh. Overall not a good place to try. Needs lot of improvement on food and service.

Zaytoon’s have opened a new bistro larger in size on New Britain Avenue. We had a large group and it was fabulous. Zainab and Omar the owners as well as the staff were amazing! The food was delicious well prepared, timely served and every staff member had an eye on the table to make sure we had everything we needed. Omar introduced us to a dessert which was divine called. “Knafeh” we devoured it and all wanted more – We had a variety of dishes from their very diverse menu something for everyone, all fresh and home cooked. ALL 10 of us now lovers of this new find, and will return on a regular basis with new friends joining us! Kudos to Omar and Zainab WELL DONE. My mouth is watering thinking about the Knafeh!

Eat here!! We are visiting from NY and can say this is some of the best food we’ve EVER had. The flavors of the food were incredible, well seasoned and very delicious ! Would recommend the baba ghanoush, lamb kofta, and chicken kebab. On top of this, the owners are incredibly kind and treated us like friends. Thank you Zaytoon’s !!!

Where do I even begin….!!The food, service, and atmosphere of this place is AMAZING!! The baba ghanoush was OVER THE MOON good and the main dish was EVEN better. The flavor is EVERYTHING!! We had baklava for desert and it was so good!! Highly recommend!! I may just have to come back all the way from NY!!

I recently visited the Zaytoon’s Bistro restaurant and had the most amazing beef kababs! The atmosphere was cozy and warm, with beautiful Middle Eastern decorations and soft lighting. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations. Thank you Ms.Zeynab and another nice lady. Great customer service.

The owner who also served us was such a wonderful person. He was hilarious but also very attentive and made us feel welcome. The food was incredible, no shortage of flavor. The kunefe had me floored – do not leave without dessert. Amazing amazing amazing!

My mom (who doesn’t like spicy food) & I ate at Zaytoon’s on Sunday & thoroughly enjoyed the food. The food is not spicy but so deliciously & delicately spiced even mom loved the subtle flavors. The Kibbeh was absolutely fantastic. The ground lamb stuffing was juicy & tender with just enough spices. I am most certainly going back. Prices are very reasonable as well.

The food is amazingly fresh and full of flavor. The waitress who could possibly be the owner was awesome. Explained all the dishes really well and even gave us a complimentary appetizer to try. It was all so so good and she was a pleasure to talk to in general. Will definitely be back. One thing I will say is I notice some complaining of the price on here. It may be a little on the pricey side but considering the portions are large and everything is freshly made from great quality products I think it’s a bargain. $25 for a large delicious plate of food is not bad at all. You get what you pay for.
