A friend and I came from Glendale to try it out and we had a GREAT time. The manager took our order and had amazing customer service of course. Our food was great and FRESH. Fried pickles were yummy & the fries are SEASONED okay??! Got my wings plain so that I could try it with different sauces !! Wasn’t busy when we got there but we saw a few moments when lines formed but they went down very quickly. The gals who brought our food out were friendly too! It just sucks because it’s all the way out in QC!! But we would make the drive again for sure because I need my husband to know that RC is cool but it’s not Zaxbys lol.

Just overall disappointed. Spent $30 for soggy cold chicken and fries. I ordered the Zaxby’s chicken spicy sandwich. The bread as you can see in the picture was super soggy and the chicken didn’t even cover up the full sandwich. The fries were tasteless and cold. And then they just drenched it in sauce my fiancé ordered the five piece combo. His fries were cold and soggy and someone needs to learn how to count because they only gave him four pieces which again was disappointing .I would not recommend this place.☹️
Update on redemption meal went in with the impression that it was gonna be different and it was not. I was once again, very disappointed with my service because I was given cold and soggy food and this time it was not even my order at all. I provided more pictures with emails to provide authenticity. I would definitely recommend NOT leaving before checking your order and it was sad because there was six people plus the manager. I had contacted the store directly once I got home to let them know that my meal was messed up and it was too late in the day for me to go there even though they offered I was like no it’s too late. You guys are gonna be closed. I don’t want your employees to have to stay late because of me, but until I told her this was a redemption meal provided by the manager via email. That’s when she changed her tone which I didn’t appreciate. Had I not specified that detail she would’ve still had the nonchalant I don’t care attitude like what do you expect from me and they were not busy when I went there and like I said it was late at night so I had already had a rough day so it made me cry not gonna lie cause I’m not able to eat half of the food because of the spice I have IBS. And my fiancé has stage four metastatic melanoma so he is not supposed to have any spice because that upsets his stomach as well. I do appreciate them reaching out and giving The gift card to try to rectify the situation but in all honesty, it just made me more sad and I wasn’t able to eat because I was upset. I know that sounds dumb but it’s paycheck to paycheck around here so when I do get the opportunity to go out and spoil my fiancé because he deserves it and I don’t know how much time I’m gonna have with him on this earth it just ruined my mood and want to eat tonight .

The food is amazing here just like in South Carolina maybe even better and fresher. Everyone is super kind with that southern hospitality. You wouldn’t know you’re in Arizona. The price is actually a great deal as well. I recommend the chicken finger meals and fried pickles!

Came in when it wasn’t too busy and customer service was initially really good. Chicken was really hot & juicy when served but not really crispy like how I prefer. Fries are seasoned well but toast is ok. Definitely love the choices of sauce and how they aren’t stingy about how many you can have. Afterwards, decided to order the fried cheesecake bites to-go. Almost went home but wanted to double check if everything looked right and saw that they forgot the strawberry dip on the side. When asked about it, they told me they ran out but failed to mention that when I ordered and still had me pay full price. Overall, way cheaper than canes for almost the same quality.

When I lived in Georgia for two years, Zaxbys quickly became my favorite fast food place out there. I love having one now here in Arizona and it tastes the same which is a good thing. Eating it reminds me of the great times in Georgia and the fingers here are more flavorful than those that Canes has. Definitely will be coming back alot until some locations in the Gilbert/Chandler area open up in the next few years. Service was awesome, the bathroom soap was a little hard to activate in the Men’s room but that is the only complaint I had. If you love Chicken Fingers and want an alternative to Canes, come here!

●service amazing with a smile, from a business aspect smart to do a full open door to deliver food and not just a window
○ranch fries weren’t seasoned as well and tasted older them the meal fries
○cramped environment, lots of internal room but not a lot of “free movement” in seated spaces
No complaints as far as service, but seems like a large franchise got cramped into a small location. I do see this place doing good business and providing great service, as long as you take care of your workers

Drove nearly an hour to get here, had to dodge 2 hydroplaning cars but it didn’t disappoint. Haven’t had Zaxbys in about 7 years and it definitely tasted how I remembered it. Good food and good service, only hit would be the small size of the dinning area.
Would I drive an hour for it again? No. But once they expand into the valley I would definitely make it a regular stop.

Finally got to visit and all I can say is it’s ok. Not the best buy not bad either. The sauces make the business, not the chicken. We may try something else next time, but try it for yourself now that you might be able to get in without the crowds. Since it’s the only one around, I would recommend you try it for yourself.

This place shouldn’t have bad reviews but people aren’t understanding whatsoever. It looked busy but walked right in and placed my order. First time here and Alexandria was a huge help. The food was hot. Everything tasted great. She even spelled my name right. AND they don’t charge for sauces?? Seriously?? I got the chicken sandwich meal, 3 chicken fingers, fries, and a toast for only $17 which I think was a great deal! My first and definitely won’t be my last time here!
