It could’ve been five stars I order through DoorDash my dasher was amazing kept me updated on the order I waited a while sad part is everything was good with the order except the main course which would’ve been the bread the crust was done but underneath the pizza sauce was raw dough papa Jon’s is my favorite but after talking the manager who seem as if he couldn’t explain why or could caresless mind I spent like 50 something I most won’t be ordering there for a while not really happy at the moment and I’m a person who actually makes bread was question if it really was raw I don’t raw dough but def could tell mine wasn’t fully cooked I wouldn’t of posted this either like I said I love pap John’s I’m posting cause the service I received was like I’m making it up I don’t want free food I’ll just stuck it in the oven for few minutes hopefully won’t be overcooked

This was not Papa John’s pizza at this location. Honestly little Ceasars pizza would have been better. The crust was under proofed and lacking an ingredient.

Quality’s been going down for a while now. They are unable to cook their pizzas. Pizza was extremely doughy. Watery and not enough cheese causing the whole pizza to fall apart. Even check marked the option for cooking well done and still came in a soupy mess.
Update: went in to talk about the quality issues present and they were receptive. Only was asking for a refund for the 1 pizza with the issue but was given a full refund. Will maybe try again in a couple months. Went from a 1 star to a 3 star.

I am a fan of Papa John’s Papadias. On few occasions my Papadias was delivered without the quality seal, looking subpar, and not tasting the best but I always counted it as a on off incident. Recently, my order got delivered without a quality seal, it looked like it had been thrown in the box with no wrapping paper as usual and there was so much flour on it. I called to discuss how the Papadias looked like it was done in an hurry. The lady confronted me and asked how does it look like it was done in a hurry and it was the drivers fault for not putting the quality seal – not theirs. I asked to speak with the manager and after I explained how it seemed like my Papadias was done in a hurry. He asked me again quite rudely, “what about your pizza looks like it was done in a hurry?”. And added that they had run out of paper.
I ate the Paladias later and it tasted as bad as it looked. I called the corporate office and they reached out to me saying I can call the store to get two free Papadias. I would rather not. My experience was very unpleasant. My complaint wasn’t to get a free Papadias and I would rather not deal with anyone from the store after this incidence.

Ordered 4 pizzas. Called because the order wasn’t right. Asked for the missing one to be delivered. Told no can do. Fine, asked for a refund so I could order from the (now) closer store to avoid a 50m round trip. Was then put on with the manager who was nothing but rude from the beginning. Basically said we were getting a free pizza and tough. Couldn’t do a partial refund and said absolutely not to the full one because we received the others. Would not give me any management information, because he “was the manager.” What a complete jerk. I have never been treated so poorly. Not enough text space for the full encounter. We will no longer support this store. Incredible. Highly suggest the owner contemplate their hiring choices if they want a profitable business with returning customers.

This Papa Johns is pathetic they don’t allow anybody else besides their employees are the only ones that can use their restrooms. I went there to pickup a pizza for a customer and I had to use the restroom urgently before I pissed myself. I go headed towards the restrooms like I always have before and this girl comes out I don’t know if she’s the manager or what and yells the restrooms are for employees only. I was about to say oh really since when but I didn’t I kept my mouth shut I didn’t want the police called on me. I think this is BS THese places don’t allow usage of their restrooms unless you’re a employee or paying customer. They definitely don’t deserve my business a word of advice to all of you!!!

The pizza and cheesy breadsticks taste good. There was a lot more of the breadsticks then I thought there would be but the marinara sauce was pathetic. The container is extremely small and it half filled. Very disappointed with that.

Delivery was fast and great. Boneless buffalo wings are not crunchy and were not covered in sauce. Tasted not good due to no crunch and the texture of the chicken; whoever manufactures the chicken is letting that soft chicken bone in and texture is very unpleasant.
