I’ve been to this Zaxby’s 3 times now and have yet to have a good experience. The first time was a drive thru order and I was not given any sauces at all. The second time was a dine in order and I waited in the lobby for over half an hour for two Big Zax Snaks while there was no one else in the restaurant or at the drive thru. I have genuinely no idea what was going on in the back that day because none of the tables were clean either and it was the middle of the day. However, tonight takes the cake. I ordered a wings n things, a 3 fingerz combo, and a cookie butter shake with extra zax sauce and extra bbq sauce (which I paid for). I was given my order with 0 bbq sauce and almost completely dry wings. I thought, “no big deal, ill just go ask for the bbq sauce and extra sweet and spicy sauce for the wings.” When I tried to ask, a member told me that I had to pay if I want extra sauce. Before I could tell him I DID pay for extra sauce, he just walked away. He then ignored me every time he walked by, as did two other members. When I finally got someone’s attention they proceeded to go back like six orders to verify that I did in fact pay for the ($0.39) extra bbq sauce. He then tried to hand me exactly 1 sauce. I specifically paid for extra sauce and the meal comes with 2 already. I then tried to address the almost sauceless wings to which they just poured barely any more (cold) sauce over them. The food quality is pretty good (just don’t order sauced wings), but the customer service at this location is terrible.

I like the farmhouse atmosphere this place brings.
The chicken fingers are a little small for my liking, but I will say they are very juicy. It’s not exactly full of flavor, but that’s what the dipping sauce is for.
The spicy garlic and the zax sauce are my favorite.
If you’re feeling famished, I would definitely order more than 4 tenders.
They are a little pricey, but overall, they are pretty good.

Noellie V took me and my boyfriends order 12:35pm. We had a long wait in the drive thru. When we pulled up to the window we received old fries some burnt up hard thin pieces some regular pieces multiple ones broken up like it was just thrown in there food didn’t taste fresh. We pulled back around after the girl over the drive thru speaker made heavy breathing saying ok pull around unprofessionally. At the window the Hispanic girl just stood there with a very ugly facial expression like a crazy person. We chose never to come to this location again to get harassed for being nice asking for fresh food. I thought Zaxbys respected diverse customers apparently not.

We did takeout from here for lunch last weekend. We ordered the 10 piece Traditional Wings with no sauce and Ranch dressing. The Wings were excellent, great tasting and well seasoned. We also ordered two of the Southern Fried Shrimp Meals which came with Texas Toast, and Crinkle Fries. The Fried Shrimp were way too salty so we ended up throwing those two entrees out. Our drinks were Strawberry lemonade and Handcrafted Lemonade. Both of the lemonades were excellent. We may return again in the future for more wings and to try something else on the menu.

My first time visiting. Really good service. The absolutely delicious chicken sandwich. It was moist flavorful and hot. Reasonable it could be a little friendlier so as to compete with the big boys, like popeye’s, kfc,and in our area bill Miller’s. It was very easy to get in and out without any problems. This was my first time visiting and I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated. The member greeted me with a very welcoming smile and hello. I was again pleasantly surprised and happy with my experience. I will definitely be looking forward to my next visit with my family so that they can hopefully have the same experience that I did. It was slightly higher than some of the others. It was a good value for the money. The friendly atmosphere. The wraps and the salads of which I will be having on my next trip.

Very disappointed that there is no zaxbys near or around Lytle, Texas.
Im going to be needing Zaxby himself to contact me regarding this matter. Until this issue is promptly resolved I will be getting my lawyers involved.
The ball is in your court and the state of Texas is also not happy with the lack of zaxbys stores near Lytle.
This is NOT OKAY. I am LITERALLY SHAKING AND CRYING RIGHT NOW.
If i could leave no stars I would since I cant eat any of your food so how could I possibly rate the future Lytle, Texas zaxbys location.

First time, and Last time. Chicken pieces too small, too crunchy lots of breading vs chicken. Toast was pretty cold, lots of employees on line and overall, not sure why if too many on staff will hurt your business. Gabby needs to give a great first impression, she did not, using her phone up front with guest in full view and wearing her hoodie over her cap really did not appease me and out party of six. Not sure why no one noticed this as you guys need to impress not depress people. Employees make you or break you, the overall experience was not very good at all. Two coke heads with make shift signs out of order, seriously. Who is in charge here? Is this your best? We all agreed that we would stick with Raising Cane’s. Hope the best for this new place, but you definitely struck out with our group. Nice building. But not nice enough from the inside to come back. Watch your hiring, it can ruin your image and future guest. I can tell whoever hired was not picky at all. People ruin restaurants food, as evidenced today. Best of luck.
