I traveled from Virginia. My family met at Cracker Barrel for a late lunch. Anthony Big A was our waiter. We followed him from his previous job. He is the best server. He feels like family. The food was great, the staff were so friendly and Anthony did not disappoint. We will definitely be making the 10 hour trip again.

I ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was awful!,there was so much batter that I had to peel it away to get to the chicken and then they sent it out with out the gravy on it and the waitress was arguing with me saying it didn’t come with gravy when 15 minutes prior she asked if I want white or brown gravy,I talked to manager which took my plate and gave it back to me with just a Lil gravy on it and by that time it was ice cold! Never again !!

Went here for dinner. Got their country fried steak, fried apples, and Mac n cheese brother got their chicken tinders and dad got their chopped steak I believe and I don’t know if it’s all in my head but the chicken texture was off, seemed like it was gmo, lab grown, something. It just was not right. At all. The country fried steak was a miss as well. I just don’t plan on coming back here unless its for breakfast. Also food took a LONG time to come out. I’m very patient but we probably waited a solid 30 minutes for the food to come out and we had to ask to get the chicken taken off the bill and we didn’t eat it nor take it to feed the dogs. Don’t imagine Cracker Barrel will survive much longer if they don’t turn things around quick and up their quality significantly.

Jaime was such a great waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and really made the experience feel personal to our needs. She checked in on us just enough, remembered the little details, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and it made our meal at Cracker Barrel even better. We really appreciated her kindness and great service.

Glad to be dining at Cracker Barrel again. This location is my personal favorite. Though a lot of the former employees are gone, one of my favorite server is still there.
The menu has changed through the years, not necessarily for the better. With that being said, so far my food and service has been good. I have noticed that all the employees are more friendly in their greetings and attitudes.
Glad to be coming back after the train wreck of a CEO thought “her wokeness” was the way of the future.
Tell her nice try. Don’t mess with the people who actually did make American great.
I doubt seriously this post will actually show up. The truth will always hurt.

The food was wonderful, and the price was perfect. our waitress Jaden was so patient with us and handled that busy area quite well. the country store was also a great experience mostly because I had rewards waiting and saved an insane amount of money with my dinner as well as some clothing already marked down. overall, a great experience and will be back soon.

The resturant and gift shop was very hot. (Not just us but other customer’s saying the same)
Food was ok, Jaden our waitress was on top of everything. She was a very pleasant young woman.
We ended up buying several items in the gift shop.
It had been many years since we ventured to CB again…seems management and food is better.
Will go again.

Sat our 2 top before a 3 too that got here before us, one waiter is bringing out fresh biscuits to his tables while another server waits to bring out the biscuits, 20 minutes after we were sat the 3 top finally got a table, they were visibly “not happy” it’s like there is one real servers and every other employee are paid actors that haven’t received a script and was told to wing it. Feels like there is no management presence, like a coachless basketball team. Our waiter did a great job and I appreciate the luck of the draw, Gavin waa the freakin man, he was the one shining star(and the food) y’all treat him like the national treasure he is. Maybe it’s the logo change, maybe this is the new America, Im gonna finish my meal now. Thanks for listening.

Ordered the turkey and dressing on a Thursday, it is my favorite, over the phone, and picked it up.
Prices have gone up from 10 something to 15 something. They didn’t give me any cranberry sauce, which I specifically asked for. Asked for it myself when I picked up, 10 minutes later.
Got home to find, the turkey was mostly fat and was dry. The mashed potatoes and the dressing were dry. Even the pinto beans were dried up !! They didn’t give me any butter for my bread.
This is the third time this has happened, and this location used to be the best one to order from, as I live right between 3 of them. I was extremely disappointed in the food and threw most of it out. I used to be able to get two really good meals from this dinner.
I think I am DONE with the Cracker Barrel !!
Very sad.
This happened at around 12:30 – 1pm, and they were not busy.
