The food is typically pretty good, but the staff is definitely hit-and-miss, usually miss. They are usually not at all friendly, and at times can be heard having inappropriate conversations for the workplace. The most annoying thing though is that even if you are the only one in line, they will make you pull over to the side or forward. Yes, it saves me from their stupid conversations, but it, no doubt, makes corporate think things move MUCH faster than they do. For example, tonight, so far, I have waited 12 minutes for my meal. One meal. Ridiculous.

Tried Zaxby’s for the first time today. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean and spacious. We got the cheddar bites, I feel like they’re breaded with cornmeal (similar to a hush puppy taste) but they weren’t bad. I also tried the funnel cake and it was so fluffy and delicious. I couldn’t have just one bite. It was nice to try something new today!!

I ate at this place when I was in Orlando a few years ago. The fried chicken salad is hands-down the best salad you ever have. The place is amazing. The only issue I had is at the staff waited too long at the window. The food is great and fresh. If you are in Midwest City. I would stop and have a meal at Zaxbys.

Flag on the play!!! Has anyone noticed how messed up the staff are at this place, especially the ones working at night?! Horsing around too much at work?! I think they’ve hired some childish and disgruntled workers that play around too much and are sloppy with the food. The Employees on the drive thru Entercom think the speaker is for stand up comedy, men working were yelling “Hurry up” from the kitchen, talking crap and making dumb joke’s. Thats why our order tasted weird and not good at all. My drink lid wasnt secure so it ends up spilling all over me in the car. This wasn’t the usual service that I’m used too. I drove across town to eat here but this trip was a big Mistake. So, after taking back our order the next day and speaking to the manager Mar, he replaced my meal including the drinks and gave me a gift card. But, something still wasn’t right about my salad because my stomach ached all night and I felt sick. Overall the Food Service was poor and sloppy and the food was just as bad as the people working there, it left a bad taste in my mouth and a bad feeling in my stomach. I think I’ll give my gift card away and I won’t be back untill all the staff have been fired. It comes down to this. Ya’ll need to be more careful knowing who your hiring. I rate this place a 0 out of a 10. Bye bye Douglas Zaxbys.

Our chicken tenders were so burnt our toddler wouldn’t even eat them… also, fries were so seasoned and salty we couldn’t eat them either. We had to wait 15 minutes for our food but were the only ones at the restaurant. This place sucked ♀️

Tried to go through the drive thru today for lunch. The wait was long, two people drove off, I moved up and noticed why the people left because who ever was ordering was either arguing or carrying on a whole conversation while people are trying to order food and it was extremely loud, inappropriate and unprofessional. Then they finally left, the next person pulled up to order and they were very loud on the speaker, still laughing and cussing in the background and not even getting the customers order. I drove off myself so they lost three customers because of all of that. I will not be returning.

I had a great experience. The place was nice and clean including the parking lot. I received updates as I was waiting for my order. The people are nice and friendly full of smiles. The atmosphere was great.

The young lady upfront was good but the food was horrible the plate had grease all over it so my fries were very wet and when I asked for more fries the ladies had attitude smh than I had a box!
