Ordered 3 meals all the same through the drive. Asked to have wings and strips all tossed in teriyaki. Was charged the extra amount but not tossed in sauce. As always, customer service was lacking. Possibly the least friendly place in Russellville.

It was ok not sure worth money. 25 bucks for 2 meals tea and water. When ordering had to repeat order several times. We could have dined in at brangus for about same monies.

Over all I really like their chicken, I would recommend bigger tables. In one of the normal tables my family of 4 is elbow to elbow, that’s kinda annoying (and warm). Other than that ig the drink area could use some sprucing up, it’s just odd to me now its set up. Keep up the food food!!! (love the seasoned fries, kicken chicken is my fav atm!!)

I go here about once a week. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. The food is fast and good as expected. I personally like it better than Slim Chickens up the road for one reason. The staff is nicer as a whole T Zaxbys.

I love The fried cobb salad. And the wings are delicious. Most days they are relatively fast, however I was a little disappointed on my last visit because I had to pull up and wait. They said 6-7 minutes but it took 20 minutes for me to get my food. The food was great as usual so not too much to complain about.
