Attention management and trainers: Please train your people to TOSS the wings this is NOT cutting it for me. When I order tossed wings I want to taste the flavor these are pitiful. I ordered the hot honey mustard and they are drier than the Sahara Desert come on guys.

I ordered the three nibblerz and the lemon pepper sandwich. When I got home, I realized that the lemon pepper sandwich was missing. I only got the nibblerz. I went back to the store to ask for the missing lemon pepper sandwich. After waiting for a few minutes, I was handed a bag, and it was the wrong sandwich – I think it was the normal fried chicken sandwich. I had to wait even longer for them to make my lemon pepper sandwich and complete my order almost an hour after I should have gotten it.

On Dec.22nd , I stopped by and picked up 2 Zax House Salads , with chicken for our dinner that evening, the lettuce was soggy, wilted and inedible. Grossed my wife out, we had to go get dinner . She left a message on FB, but was ignored. We will NOT be back, nor will we continue to recommend them. Very disappointed.

I don’t like posting negative reviews, but I fear this place is going to make someone sick. We stopped by tonight for a quick bite. Our order took what seemed like a long time, especially considering we were the only ones in the dining room. My kids ordered a Mr. Beast box and it only had 3 chicken tenders. I took it to the counter and they corrected that. I ordered the Cobb salad. The cucumbers were slimy, transparent, and there were chunks of ice on them. I took it back and asked for a new salad without cucumbers. They brought me a replacement that didn’t have cheese or fried onions and had about two tomatoes. I took it back to the counter to show them and requested my money back because I didn’t have time to wait for them to fix it for a second time. The lady at the counter said “I’ll give you some cheese”. When I told her I wanted my money back, the assistant manager told me she’d refund it and apologized. I appreciate that it was handled, but the amount of time we waited and the fact that not only did we not initially get the food we paid for, but the veggies they served in the salad were ROTTEN is ridiculous. We won’t ever be back. They said the guy in the kitchen was new, which may be true, but it isn’t all his fault – who trained him? Who else saw the food before it made it to our table? If he’s new, who is making sure the food is prepared correctly and is safe to consume besides the customer? Lots of failures in my opinion.

How in the world is this extra seasoning? The container has to be the real cost. WHENEVER you get double fries, they give you the same amount as if you got a single serving, but it costs more. Save your money, just get a SIDE of fries.

Just moved to searcy a few months ago. Xaxby’s has always been one of my favorite places. However, this particular location is beyond sub-par. Seriously, if you’ve only ever eaten here, I feel sorry for you because this place is so bad. You will literally get “chicken stips” that are just batter! Not even chicken! The fries are ALWAYS waaaaaaayyyyy undercooked. I’ve eaten here 5 times and half of the food each time has been inedible.
I don’t know why I jeep siking myself up that “this time will be different” but it never is. I guess I’ll keep driving out of the city when I want xaxby’s. Really sad, I freaking LOVE Xaxby’s

We went through the drive-thru. The food at this location continues to decline. Day shift is better than the night shift but it’s absolutely not worth the price. Zaxbys used to be good. I love that young people are getting experience working but management should be making sure they are serving quality food.

They do not read the orders and check them prior to sending them out to customers. They made multiple mistakes on our one order. It’s not that hard…. The presentation is also pretty poor.
