Food was great here as usual, only problem was I thought the food was a little cooler then I’m used to.
After about 10 minutes, I noticed my food was kinda cold, but also my ears were as well!!

I was very disappointed with my visit. The portions are ridiculously small for the price, and it feels like every shrimp and every piece of chicken is strictly counted before reaching your plate. From what I saw, this is not the employees’ fault, but rather the manager, Gigi, who is the one instructing them to control the portions so tightly. It really takes away from the dining experience and makes you feel like you’re not getting what you paid for. Definitely not a place I would return to or recommend. Please, help yourself and go to another Panda.

I ordered two things, sesame chicken breast and chicken fried rice! How complicated can that possibly be!?!?? I get home and I have the chicken and a huge plate full of noodles which I can’t stand after a long days work driving around for the last 10 hours taking care of people as a nurse. I just wanted a nice hot chicken and rice meal and then when I go to call them to tell them to give me a credit for a later date times four phone calls. Nobody picks up very poor service.

Carmen was so mean and rude. She wouldn’t make anymore rice for me and told me to leave her a bad review so I guess I’m here. It’s wild that someone like that is employed at a place that involves customer service. I literally just asked for rice.

3/27/23 update: Thank you for being open inside today. Staff was friendly, welcomed every guest. Food was good.

Food is really not good at all. only thing was just ok is the wontons. Ive tried the other location on Pratt and decided to go to this one for another chance tonight. But I ended up getting sick both times with a really bad stomach ache. Im never going back to a panda express again.

Never been more disappointed than to show up over and hour before a place closes and be told that they have almost nothing to serve because they want to “close on time”. I’ve never worked a service job that functioned this way. Very disappointing.

Online pick up, texted me it was ready, came in and she said I’d have to wait 10 minutes. So why text me? Laura helped 3 other guests before she even started making my food. No meat pretty much. Won’t be back

Only one menu item that didn’t have beef or pork. Need more vegie options. I will try again, different place and time and see how that goes.
