Today there was 1 employee at work. She was doing it all by herself. At the speaker she would tell you she is alone and doing it all would you mind waiting? Get this young lady some help. But she did great. There was about 4 cars behind me everyone was being nice and waiting. Will be going again very soon. Food was hot and good.

The people were very loud and unprofessional. At 9 they proceeded to yell and state “Ma’am we closed, come get a bag so you can go.” The management was not very good at all. The food however was fresh. But they were only able to serve me tenders due to the fact that it was 8:20 when I came and they said that they were out of everything else (wings, boneless wings, grilled chicken, ect.) I am VERY disappointed! I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ZAXBY’S EVER!

I would give it a zero if possible. Ordered dinner and was told there would be a 5 minute wait on chicken, I said that will be fine. Pulled up and paid around 28.00. Was told to pull up but there was already 4 cars ahead so I couldn’t go anywhere. The young girl yelled out the window pull up again, ummm can’t go anywhere… after waiting 30 minutes for my food and many cars pulling off behind me without food, I knocked on the window and asked for my money back. The young girl yelled “We’re short staffed” and slammed the window. I understand that but when you have 2 people sweeping the parking lot and 2 at the window and a cook it looked full staffed to me. At this point I just wanted my money back and was over the attitude and waiting. Another girl came to the window and called her manager to do a refund. After 45 mintues I finally was avle to leave. Please get it together and hire a new staff or just close down.

The staff at this location was EXTREMELY RUDE! They did not put cookie in the kids meal when my husband went to counter to ask for it she literally looked right at him and turned around and walked over to her phone and ignored him. If you enjoy cold food and TERRIBLE service this is the location for you. Otherwise I would just try another location.

Great food, long wait, poor customer service and ordering ahead does not mean your food will be ready when you get there. They claim to be short staff but the staff isn’t working. I’m in there everyday as a delivery driver and feel this location is going to close at anytime.
