I came to this place because it was my birthday to redeem a free sub I couldn’t get it because my app wasn’t working regardless of that, the owner came back outside before I got in my car and told me I could still get it and made me such an amazing and wonderful sub and I can’t tell you how good, fresh, an authentic it felt.

I ordered from Semmes Firehouse Subs online and paid. Got to the store and it was closed. It was during regular business hours posted, and 2 hours before the store was supposed to close. I used the automated system and they sent me an email saying the store would contact me. The charge was pending and I thought surely it won’t be processed. 3 days later and the store still hasn’t contacted me, and the charge was processed. I chatted with the automated system again, and still haven’t received a call from the store or my money back. Worst “customer service” ever.
