Very welcoming atmosphere. My family and I really enjoyed our visit yesterday. The manager was very professional and friendly. We always get the same meals and she knows our order. That’s what you call great guest seevice.

We’ve eaten here before and was a very decent place to eat. The past few times however seemed to decline. We spent 60$ in this place to get pieces as tenders. For 15$ could have at least been fresh. Instead dry and not hot. As my plate and another plate sat at the top of the window for almost 10 minutes while they waited for more chicken. Then the salad came out and waited for chicken. So the first two plates were dry and cold. The salad didn’t have any teriyaki sauce other than a drizzle on the top. Very disappointed. They have 4/5 people working in the front while only one person was manning the back. Get that gentleman some help. I felt like I was at raising canes.

We are from out of town and was stopping by and we decided to eat zaxbys. The best decision we made thus far. The tenders was well seasoned and fries were delicious. The crew was very professional and polite. Meet Monica and Moses and crew very southern hospitality. Moses showed great customer service.

The food is always fresh and hot, I love it at Zaxby’s and I prefer it over Raising Cane’s, and it’s at the Walmart in Watson many people say it’s Denham Springs, but if you live in the area its Watson.

Horrible experience. Won’t be going back soon. No ice, missing items, no ranch etc. Listening to the manager fight with other patrons about their food and not refunding their money and refusing to cancel orders is not a great way to serve customers.

Lady at the drive-through fixed our order this afternoon and forgot the straws.i asked for the straws when she turned to get them the manager stepped in and told straws we in the bag. I took everything from the bag and they were in the very bottom. She looked at me and said I told you and walked off’ this the rudest person I have encountered that deals with the public. She will ruin your business for you!.

The girl at the window was rude. Handed me my drink with the lid not all the way on so it spilled on me. Then hands me my bag of food and shuts the window. First time ever trying Zaxby’s and definitely my last. Terrible service. The tomatoes wasn’t even placed on the sandwich.
