I rarely give bad reviews, but this restaurant’s food is very watered down and not flavorful. I worked in a Thai restaurant for a while and know how Thai food is supposed to be made/taste. My drunken noodle dish is like soup and the extra vegetables that I paid $4.75 extra for consists of mainly bamboo shoots. There are hardly any noodles, and the small amount of noodles that are in the dish taste as if they were boiled. The whole dish mainly tastes like beef water.

I feel bad writing bad reviews, but this place was just so odd in many of its practices. It says on the door of the restaurant and on Google Maps that it’s open until 9pm on Mondays (the day of the week I went). It also says it’s open for dine-in. I planned to dine in, and they told me it was too late for me to dine in (7:30pm). That’s totally fine if they didn’t have the staffing for it! Maybe they could write on their hours that was posted on their door that they have dine-in hours and take out only hours. Not a big deal. So then I ordered take out. Drunken noodle (otherwise known as pad kee mao) with chicken. Prices have rose a little due to growing costs of everything, which is totally fine. Just maybe a little weird to have a sign that says “all prices on the menu are $1.50 more than it says” (don’t quote me on the dollar amount increase though), vs. reprinting their menus. Maybe it’s just me who finds that weird. Finally, I get my food and go home, and my food does not look like drunken noodle at all. It’s soupy. It’s not supposed to be soupy. Its supposed to be sauce-y. It’s very bland. The rice noodles have an odd texture to them. As cheap as this dish was, I wish I paid more for something better. Overall, not a good experience from start to finish.

Ordered the drunken noodles….and got noodle soup. Like literally looked like a bowl of soup?! Barely any noodles and the noodles that were in it were small and mushy. So disappointing and not what I ordered or was expecting. Wont be back, too many great Thai restaurants in the area.

We were really in the mood for Thai food last night and wanted a place to sit down and eat near Verona. Thai Noodles was perfect for what we were looking for and they even had a special vegan and gluten free menu! We both ended up going for the green curry noodles with tofu and it absolutely hit the spot. They even had a great selection of chili oils that worked really well with the curry. Would love to come back to this place and try their pho!

This place was enjoyable to dine at. They were very accommodating to my small group. The servers were very friendly and helpful. All of us really enjoyed our food (try the crab rangoons!) and left full and satisfied. I will return!

Lisa and I had fun ordering takeout from this restaurant today for our breakfast-lunch-supper meal. Sometimes just before the holidays you gotta have that one giant meal where you can’t eat anything else the rest of the day because you ate so much for “BREAKFASTLUNCHSUPPER.”

Dine in was closed so if that’s your plan call ahead an ask. Gentlemen working seemed very inconvenienced by me. I ordered pad Thai and it was ok in flavor, noodles were very over cooked and mushy. Gave me the impression that the food is not made fresh here. If you were thinking about trying this place I’d save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I called for a pickup order. The person who answered was unfriendly and seemed a bit rude. Once I got my food and opened it at home, I was extremely disappointed. I ordered karee noodles and the dish was a very pale color. It was a bad sign right away. When I tried it, it was so bland and had no flavor. The vegetables and tofu also had no flavor. There was barely any sauce for the “curry” part. The noodles were so soggy, they were no longer noodles and instead the size of one inch pieces. The car ride home was less than 10 minutes. I am never getting food from here again.

This is one of my favorite low-cost Thai restaurant near McKee! Food is always prompt and ready for pick up or quick if you’d like to dine in. The only setbacks are minor for a 4 vs 5 star rating, and this is a great place if you are looking for quick Thai in the area.

I am sure I have reviewed before. Mostly always good food, portion sizes and fresh spring rolls. This time the rices was really clumpy and cold. Also front desk staff is getting burnt out from all take out, so it seems. Hang in there and we will keep buying if your food remains good!
