This is the disgusting excuse for coleslaw I purchased for $2.49! They changed the dressing to a vinaigrette that provides absolutely no flavor. The portion size is now (at most) half of what it was. Ridiculous. There is no other option on the menu now if you want coleslaw.

I always get the Kickin’ Chicken meal with extra seasoned fries and a side of extra fries, and lately it’s been consistently disappointing. The sandwich is barely sauced, the fries have almost no seasoning, and the extra fries are barely a full serving. Zaxby’s used to be one of my favorites, but the quality has really gone downhill.

I get delivery from here a lot. I tend to stick to chicken finger meals. I live to try different sauces but they do tend to forget some on my orders frequently. Chicken is good quality but not fantastic. Sauce variety is great. Their tongue torch is hot but not overly so. Nuclear on the other hand borders on self harm which some spice addicts will love!

I wanted to eat here but there was nothing that could be had on the menu for less than about $7 not sure what they’re feeding their chickens to be worth $7 but I went up the road to Wendy’s instead and left satisfied for a third of the cost

The food was burnt and flavorless. Their “Tongue Torch” sauce is just Tobasco in a different package. And their chicken strips were ridiculously small. The only redeeming quality of the place was the staff was friendly. That’s it.
Go to Huey Magoo or Raising Cain’s Chicken. It’s the same price but you get more flavor and more food for the price.
