I’ve made multiple orders at this location before most of them are OK, but I specifically requested no meat and it shows it on here and I was given meat on here. I didn’t realize this until I got home so there’s nothing I can do about it but basically ruined the meal.

The slowest mcdonalds I’ve been to. Takes a minimum of 15 to 18 minutes to get your food that you ordered. Mcdonlads use to be based on how quickly and proficient the service was. Now prices are up and people are standing there just waiting. Do better mcdonalds. Going to avoid this place going forward.

I don’t eat McDonald’s because of dietary reasons but my 3 year old loves going there. The play area is nice and spacious. The food service is somewhere between waiting for 30 minutes plus to regular fast food time. The service goes from being very helpful to why are you bothering me.

Slowest Mcdonald’s in the twin cities area! If you’re in a hurry, late for work etc…don’t stop here…pulling to the front and waiting is a regular occurence….don’t believe me? Give it a try! Also this is what their Med fries look like, half filled!!

I don’t know if I will ever be back at this location again. This location was incredibly dirty in the play area and the inside area. Came around 6:15pm and while the place was a little busy, it was excessively dirty. Pop stains over the drink counter, trash and food all over the floors, and tables were excessively dirty. I’m not a germaphobe but I’ve never been to a McDonald’s and been this disgusted.

The employees give great service. I would give a6 star for service if people were at the registers ready to take orders rather than mc donalds insisting on non human ordering options. The place is filthy. I took a picture of a spilled drink on a receipt that is on set 2 hours old. So nobody has cleaned the dining room in at least that long. Tables were either dirty or looked like they were wiped down with a wet dirty rag. Food was at least hot. Floor was sticky and disgusting. Employees were smiling and helpful but I’m not a fan of the direction mc donalds has gone. Seriously disappointed.

I just went to this McDonald’s on Southlawn in Maplewood. I ordered a soda and cappuccino. So they gave me the cappuccino in a large cup which I ordered a large. It was probably only maybe a little more than half full. It wasn’t filled all the way to the top. Most of it was foam. So you see in the picture where the White tag is. It’s probably the. Coffee is right where the Café letter is. That’s where it stops. And then the rest of it was foam. So I went back in to tell them that can I get a little bit more because you pay almost 4 dollars for this and they put it in a large cup, and the person had an attitude and waslike. It only has so many ounces that we put in there and then then that’s it and then but why do you put it in a large cup, and charge me a large cup price, but then you only give it to me where it says Café and that’s how much cappuccino I get. That’s not right that’s not right at all. I could go to Caribou and they fill my cup up to the rim and they give me whip on top of that. But I don’t want all my top of my cappuccino latte or whatever. I get there to be a little foam on top. I believe they charge too much. I think the person was wrong. And I like McDonald’s coffee. I like the regular coffee. I like the latte. I like the cappuccino but they just don’t put enough in there. They don’t put in what it’s what they’re supposed to and what you pay for. I paid for 4 dollars for some cappuccino, but I only got maybe 250 worth.

They have a playplace here, great for kids! But their playplace closes at 7 pm. Fast and friendly service here. It’s close by to other stores, too.

The employees are nice and food never has never had an issue but every time I come here me and the cars in front and behind me always get pushed to wait at door in front and takes a while. Not ordering crazy menu items either.

Order 10 piece nugget and fries and paid for it by 10:37 a.m.. was told to pull around the front of the building to wait. After 20 minutes went inside to get a refund. Cook time for fries is around 4 minutes with a couple minutes to packaging and get it out. Cook time for nuggets is about 4 minutes with a couple minutes to package and get it out. There was only one person in front of me and nobody inside. Absolutely abysmal timing and customer service for this entire process.
