I have only been to this Zaxby’s a few times but I’ve always had polite service and it has always looked clean inside and out. Today was no exception, except we normally do drive through. Today my son and I were there to celebrate his honor roll achievement so we went inside.
Jayme rang us up and served us. She went over and above to give us a pleasant and comfortable experience. Her dedication to customer service appeared to have been honed long ago when this level of kindness was the rule not the exception. All too often people get overlooked but even though I don’t Know Jayme, I just want her to know that she is seen and how much we appreciate what she and the others there are doing to serve our community. Well done on providing friendly and fast service, good food, and a clean restaurant to enjoy it in.

Ever since the manager Carson made my order right I come here every time and the cashier I have had every time is Trenton. He has made it the absolute best experience the kid is a natural. The staff is always quick, polite and everything. I will always drive 45 minutes to go and get me some nice dinner from a very well restaurant anytime especially for this ZAXBYS.

Did a DoorDash pick up order and the food was terrible. My Cobb salad was missing half the ingredients and I’m pretty sure had a partial amount of chicken. The tomatoes were white from not even being ripe and the lettuce was wilted. The cheese bites were tasteless. My “Texas toast” was flimsy soggy bread. The egg rolls were overcooked. The only thing that was even remotely edible was the chicken tenders. Quality control is seriously lacking here and I definitely won’t be back. McAlister’s a few steps away has MUCH better food and consistency. Save your money and don’t waste your dinner like I did. Go somewhere else. Oh and WITH discounts we spent almost $50 for two adults and a kids meal. Not worth it!

I’d have to say disappointing. Let’s start with the marvelous intake side of the drive thru. Double lanes, full canopy, overhead heaters & fans. Well done! If they had a monitor that displayed your order, it’d be a perfect intake drive thru. Drive around the building to the pay side, what were they thinking? I drove right by that small window, didn’t notice it. And the 1/2 sized canopy? It was raining and it did mist into the car. No big deal, but why all the effort on the one side and almost no effort on the other. But the real stinker was the slow everything. Back to the intake side where you place the order, just 2 cars. Me on the outside lane, another on the inside lane. I’m getting anxious, thinking someone just take an order. Finally they get the inside lane. I don’t know what she ordered but i heard the speaker say that special order would take an extra 5 minutes. She said okay and pulled to the pay window. My turn. Wait. More Wait. I’m about to leave when he finally gets my order, then i drive to the pay window. Would you believe they had the special order person wait at the delivery door? Me and the cars behind me just sat there until special order was done. My order was right off the bin and likely had been bagged up the entire time. Why not walk it back and get me going? Anyhow, it was well on its way to cooling down when i got it. Send your management to Culver’s and take a lesson on how fast food should be done.

The staff here is friendly and the service was good, but the food was very disappointing. My order came out in under four minutes, which made it obvious nothing was fresh. The egg rolls were cold and tasted old, the chicken seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, and the lettuce in my salad was brown and wilted. Definitely not the quality I was hoping for.

Inside ordering was slow even though they had a lot of people working. Food was hot. Tasted like any other Zaxby’s. New store but seemed like they could do a little more clean up in the dining area.

Never again. Incredibly rude and hostile, except for the lady in the drive thru that did her best to take care of us close to closing. Maybe try to encourage your employees not to pull up behind customers in the drive thru and rev their engines like they’re trying to intimidate them? Also, we can definitely hear them screaming and cussing us out, even with the windows closed.

I would say disappointing. It seems like I only get Zaxbys from this location when I forget how terrible the quality of the food is. A Cobb salad with wilted greens and no bacon, Veggie egg rolls with the wrap that looked like it went through a fryer with week old grease, Soggy fries and tasteless cheddar bites. Not a wonderful experience, I’d suggest McCalisters if I’m going to spend $50 on dinner for the family.

Tried Zaxbys in Corydon for the first time and was not impressed. Food was cold, my order was take by a man sitting in a soccer chair. There was only 1 Drive thru lane open. There was trash piled out the back door and a group of associates outside smoking and hanging out.

I love Zaxbys… but please inform your kitchen what saucy wings are. Everytime I come here my wings are dry! Even if I ask for extra Saucy I still get dry wings. They are also cold alot of times. The sweet tea is my favorite in town!
