Dang those chicken tenders were drier than the Sahara Desert. The thing is, they weren’t even chicken tenders. Those things were about the size of a mini corn dog. All the food was pretty cold but the service was fast. Usually Zaxbys is good, but this place was straight up checks. I miss my $14

Placed an online order and when we got home realized our sides were missing. We went back and Cornelius went above and beyond — he didn’t just replace the sides, he remade our entire order fresh and even gave us two comp cards for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is rare and very appreciated. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters, and Cornelius handled it amazingly. We’ll definitely be back!

I ordered online through the app and needless to say I am disappointed. Today is also the day I found out they “weigh” their fries. Kids meals get 3oz and regular meals get 8oz. I got double fries instead of coleslaw and I’d hate to see what the meal looks like when you don’t get double fries. There’s exactly 6 fries in my kids meal. You can count them in my picture. I paid $6 for 6 fries and 2 tenders. That’s insane. Anyone who values their money should just eat somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our meal here. The food was fresh, fast, hot, and delicious. We ordered the Zalad with tongue torch sauce on the pieces of fried chicken. The Zalad has lots of blue cheese on it and fresh tomatoes. We also ordered 10 chicken tenders and that comes with 2 sauces. We like that you can order big batches of chicken without side dishes. The Zax sauce is awesome, especially with the fries.

Food was pretty good had the tenders and fries. Like the seasoning on the fries its really good. Tenders are ok. Like them with ranch best. Had the bacon ranch quesadilla with no bacon and extra cheese was pretty good. The coke was absolutely horrible. I hate those fountain machines. They have a reall6 nasty taste. Really shocked that coke would even allow their products to be done like that . This was a better visit than in the past. Service was ok not exceptional but ok. Restaurant needed attention. Was not busy but some tables was dirty. I would eat here again.

Asian Salad: The crispy noodles were soggy because they had dressing on them (suggest you put on the side). A bit bland and boring, salty.
Chicken Strips: Awesome! A bit pricey.
