The service was fast, like really fast! It was a Friday evening too. They got the food correct and it came hot.
The store was pretty clean, not too bad.
It’s not a huge indoor area to eat, but it’s got enough chairs and tables for a small group.

I walked in hungry, dreams high like the price,
Thought I’d get a feast, man I should’ve thought twice.
Menu look flashy, pictures look clean,
But the chicken came out lookin’ tired and lean.
They brag about sauce like it’s liquid gold,
But the tenders dry, man the truth be told.
Fries limp, need a pep talk bad,
A little more salt wouldn’t hurt, that’s sad.
Toast look good but it’s barely warm,
Butter ghosted me, where’s the flavor storm?
They say “Zax Sauce” like it’s royalty crowned,
But one tiny cup and it’s watered down.
I’m payin’ grown money for kiddie-sized bites,
My wallet hurt more than my appetite.
Sweet tea hittin’? Okay I’ll admit—
That’s the one thing carryin’ most of it.
Dining room loud, table kinda sticky,
Order takin’ long and the vibe feel tricky.
I’m waitin’ on greatness, I’m waitin’ on flavor,
Instead I’m considerin’ doin’ them a favor.
Dear Zaxby’s, step up the game,
More crunch, more heat, more pride in the name.

Absolutely great experience! We’re so excited to have Zaxby’s in our town. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from Zaxby’s — delicious chicken, great sauces, and generous portions. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly, Alisha was welcoming, and efficient, especially for a newly opened store. You can tell they really care about quality and customer service. Marria assured me all my sauces were in the bag. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by!

This is the third time I’ve had an unreasonably long wait at this Zaxby’s drive-thru. Today, I sat in line for 10 minutes during lunch and had to leave because I couldn’t keep waiting. Meanwhile, the other drive-thru lane had three cars pull up, order, and leave while no one ever took my order.
I said “hello” to the speaker three times and was told someone would be with me shortly, yet no one ever came. When I pointed out that I’d been waiting longer than the other lane, I was told there were two different people assigned to each lane so there should have been no excuse for my order not being taken.
I understand delays happen, but this is a recurring issue, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. This level of service is unacceptable. Please do better because I love zaxby food!

Manager named Hope would not answer to me whenever my order was messed up. Due to a young man named Jeremiah, I got my food and was on my way. Then, they forgot my sauce after I paid for extra.

Absolutely loved my experience. Kimora took my order and made sure I knew everything that was to know about my meal down to sauces. Nick did a wonderful job making my wings well done. Hilary greeted me with a smile and made sure I had napkins, all my sauces, and a drink carrier for my meal. Everyone was so kind!! I will be a returning customer!

Orders food on the app, my husband came back from picking it up, was missing 2 things, about an hour until close and they made an excuse that they didn’t see it on my order. How can you miss a whole sandwich and my fired cheese cake bites. They “fixed” order but never gave me my cheese cake bites just more of the cheddar bites. Not happy at ALL
