Took over half an hour for our food. Used a reward for buy 10 wings get 10 wings free, yet were charged for 20. Ordered a Coke and a tea and got 2 teas instead. Wings were not packaged correctly and exploded in the bag. The cashier was rude and not helpful. The manager said she had no idea about the BOGO deal and wouldn’t help.

We went through the drive thru. The person working the drive thru did not know what they were doing. We asked how much it would be just to get a thing of fries and they said “one chicken and no fries?” We said “no how much for a thing of fries” they responded back with “oh it is 3 ounces.” We had to keep repeating our question 3 more times after this until they finally understood what we were asking. I am glad we had a gift card because I wouldn’t have been happy spending my money on what I got. The fried pickles were soggy and tasted gross. The fries tasted like they had been sitting for days or freezer burnt. Zaxbys has been going downhill recently here. It used to be delicious.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT stop in. Upon entering, the floors were filthy. Inside was exactly the same…unfortunately, we did not notice until after we ordered and looked for a seat. There were well over 30 tables and we finally found one that was relatively clean. Food and debris littered the floor under the tables and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I was afraid to go into the restroom for fear of what I may find. I would give the restrooms a 3 out of 5…if that tells you anything. Now, let’s talk about the food. The 5 piece meal had literally (they were counted) 14 fries that were not hot and what looked to be 5 large chicken nuggets. It cost over $11 for basically a happy meal. What little chicken was there under the thick batter tasted old and dry. I usually don’t give out a 1 star but because of the uncleanliness it had to be done…never mind how bad the food was.

Son loved his order, however the drive thru worker wasn’t really listening she asked boneless or traditional..I said traditional..what to drink..very robotic. Gave me boneless..if i wanted nuggets I’d go to McDonald’s. Atmosphere great..we were in our car..

Food was old tasted like it had sat out all day. The portions were really small like I was given 10 individual fries in a meal my gf had the same issue. I normally never complain about food and just eat and go on but this Zaxbys was awful

Was traveling through town and stopped to get some food with two hungry and cranky kids. While trying to figure out what we want Ivy came from behind the counter to help distract our kids so we can decide. Ivy was amazing and hope this gets to someone who can properly reward her. The food was amazing as I remember it being when I would get it as a kid. Thank you Ivy for what you did we greatly appreciate it.

$40+ and the chicken wings were obviously and visually old to anyone with sense. And with the 3 orders they gave a total of 1 barbecue sauce. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER CENT AT THIS LOCATION. I have been to zaxbys from Florida all the way to Glasgow KY. THIS location is horrible. Corporate needs to shut it down or retrain everyone in the kitchen. Despicable. Gross

We get a zaxby’s salad almost every week…today it was absolutely disgusting!! Wilted lettuce everywhere. We had to throw a lot of it away. When I called the manager she was rude & basically did not care. I guess they won’t get anymore of our money!
