I absolutely love the food here! I am not much of a chicken person, but this place has me addicted! I especially love the fried pickles, too. The personality of the cashiers can use some improvement, but other than that, it’s a great place to eat!

Very good! Our first trip to a Zaxby’s and it was great! Fast service, good food, and clean bathrooms. The chicken tenders were juicy and crispy. The salad was super fresh!

Ordered online got the order picked up was supposed to be dipped in tongue torch of course you have to pay extra for that, chicken dry as hell. I’ve gave this place so many chances but I’m done now. It shouldn’t be that hard to dip the chicken if you have to pay for it.

EVERY single time i come here there is something wrong, this is not an exaggeration. My drink is flat, they completely mess up my order, and just now they mixed up LEMMON PEPPER for TONGUE TORCH. a DRY rub with a SAUCE. THEY DONT EVEN RHYME, how does one mix these??

It seems to be getting worse & worse the last 4 times I’ve been here. This is the last straw. I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich. Barely any sauce & the toast is pretty much burnt. This used to be my go to place for chicken but I will have to look elsewhere now. Very disappointing…..

Not a fan told them it was our first time here and asked about the sauces, I told her we will get some honey mustard and zaxbys sauce, she said ok and came back to the window to advise they charge for sauce i think that’s ridiculous but whatever. checked the bag later and got ranch sauce I didn’t even ask for and an opened ketchup packet in the bag that made a mess. The food is not that great and does not compare to chic filet or even Popeyes. Asked for large fries and got a small half filled container of half seasoned fries. The chicken sandwich was a little tough and small. Glad a had some extra chic filet sauce to make it a little better.
