Gave this place 3 stars overall due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor was basically covered in the invisible layer of grease so if you have trouble walking or standing, I’d use the drive thru. Also, the counter where your order is taken was covered with ants, so not sure if they were escaping the rain or around the ice cream machine that’s next to the counter. We are from the west coast, so no Zaxbys and we googled Zaxby and the navigation took us here but there is one newer looking one that I saw but for some reason it did not come up. As for the food, it was ok I guess. I had wings (real ones, not the stupid nuggets they call wings) and chicken strips and fries to try the menu out. I thought the wings were on the small side so if you just want wings, I’d go to a wing place. Chicken strips were good and I had some of the sauce (can’t remember which one). I received a piece of dry and stale tasting toast also, so not sure if it’s supposed to be that way, but I tried it. My lady had a chicken sandwich and said it was good, but still can’t beat Chick Fil A.

Go to a different Zaxbys. This one doesn’t represent what a Zaxbys restaurant looks like inside or out. Tables not cleaned. Needs to be closed or a total remodel. Only thing hot was chicken. Fries were cold. Bread was cold. Slaw was dry. Literally no juice in it. Tasted like raw cabbage. The worse experience we’ve ever had at a Zaxbys. We’ll still go to Zaxbys but never this one again.

Overall it’s clean except for the windows and a few flies crawling on them. The chicken fingers and fries were good. The dip was ok. I would have preferred BBQ sauce. I had to ask for ketchup. The toast was flattened in the center. Forget the toast and give me more fries. A bit slow to acknowledge you at the counter. The drinks are self serve and there’s a wide variety, which I like. The food arrived quickly, before I had finished filling my cup. A reasonable price for what you get. No napkins in the dispenser. Not too bad of an experience. I’ll most likely will eat here again.

This use to be a good place to go the chicken strips are like nuggets now last time I was there they was more like a nugget a little bigger then a MC Donald’s nugget but not by much price is very high now for these nuggets that should be strips a one inch strip or one and half inch strips. I told my husband they get any smaller there won’t be a bite of them. They get smaller Everytime we go I haven’t been back can’t see paying 12.99 for chicken strips that are the size of a nugget. Ordered door dash but called the store to make them aware of the situation. “Manager” was a bum with zero care, kinda like the whole operation of the one on the bypass.
Said that’s a Doordash issue and they probably grabbed wrong order. Who orders apple juice a drink a kids fries and boneless wings. It’s not even remotely cost effective. Also my name is on the receipt on the bag with the wrong food that this locations zaxbys employees put out…. didn’t feel like arguing with her but petty enough to do this.
