Two times in a row, weeks apart, were we rudely spoken to by a worker. Turned away at the door and made to wait in line for over 30 min for orders that were ready before we even drove to this location. Kicking people out and locking the doors of the lobby while some customers get to stay in and even being rude to a delivery customer for uber or doordash. I am sick of giving this establishment money when they can not bare to be curious or respectful. I am not asking for anything more than just common sense and manners. This is why we hardly eat at this company to begin with and this second event just confirmed that every other pizza chain and local business is better.

I ordered through the drive-thru. The customer service was satisfactory, but the pizza and cheesy bread were too dry, tough, and lacked cheese. If fresh pizza is this poor, I wouldn’t dare come back.

Ordered a pepperoni crazy crust and a cheese bread via UberEats and it honestly may have been the best damn Little Caesars I’ve had in years. Shout out to whichever passionate pizza professional was whipping up pies around 2PM on Halloween 2025; you a real one.

They do not like to work or interact with customers doors are always locked. Just walked to the door and both doors were locked only to see someone come out the back door to approach a car and stand outside to talk to them while on the clock and doors are unlocked keep in mind it 8:15pm. Didn’t order any food bc they are all in the back of the business outside discussing drama

Pizza is good, especially for the price. Service is some of the worst I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t let me in to pick up order. Have to go thru the drive up. Store set up is horrible. Have to exit to street and not able to go back into the parking lot. Little Ceasars has stepped up their game, but this location SUCKS.

Ordered online Sunday and stated I’d walk in and pick up order. Got to Caesar’s and the doors were locked to get inside. Had to wait in the drive up line for 40 minutes to get my “ prepaid” order. Never again.
