Ordered kids meal grilled cheese. The sandwich was not cut evenly, the bread was drenched in garlic salt, almost enough to give a heart attack and I received no treat – just two packages of Zax sauce for a grilled cheese sandwich. The newly hired employees are not properly trained. You need to hire back past employees who actually were trained and ran the store correctly. Go back to before July 2023 and bring that manager back. Bringing in employees from other locations (states) is not working either.

Food was not impressive at all. Bojangles is much better.
They forgot my grilled chicken sandwich. Had to ask for it. Then forgot the sauce.

They didn’t give me all 6 tenders they gave me 3 tenders and then gave my child 2 tenders when I paid for 3! Never got a refund and the workers were rude as hell!!! Worst service!

Entry way was dirty, bathrooms were dirty no lock on male bathroom, dining room booth we sat in was dirty. Food crumbs all along the back edge of seat seat felt greasy! My Asain salad was awful, lettuce was wet and soggy, the others in the group said their chicken was good and hot but the fries didn’t taste like they were cooked long enough to crunch on the the outside and be hot in the middle. Very disappointed! Hope it gets better, we were from out of town so I don’t know if it was just a bad day.

We only have ever ordered through the drive through and only the house salads, but their employees are always so nice, polite, friendly and professional. The salads are consistently made well with fresh ingredients. I go there weekly for a quick work night meal and they never disappoint.

Chicken tasted dried out and stale like they cooked it that morning. Got a couple of nibblers and the bread was hard as a rock with no sauce, and same stale chicken. Fries were a mixture of burnt, soggy, and nowhere near enough for what I paid. Inedible. Will never eat out at this restaurant again.
