I went to M.L. Shaws today to get a nice breakfast before the big storm tomorrow, and I was SO glad I came here. I hear a lot of talk around town of it being THE spot, and I know I’ve had their famous chocolate milk from their farm, but their breakfast? Look no where else. I got a corned beef hash eggs “bene” with home fries, and a “side” of pancakes. Get the homemade corned beef hash, and throw the canned stuff away, honestly this was THE BEST corned beef hash I have ever had, and I eat at a lot of different breakfast spots all across MA and RI. Huge serving, I can’t wait to eat the leftovers. The “side” of pancakes, man these were the biggest sides of pancakes I have ever seen. Fluffy, and they don’t skimp on the toppings!

Not only was the food delicious, I had the honor of meeting Jill, who is a regular that shows up Monday-Friday, and had the same thought of getting breakfast before the big storm. She never shows up on a Sunday, and the entire staff was shocked, but we had an amazing conversation and the atmosphere of the place felt like home. Thank you guys for making my Sunday, and for serving delicious food, and having a great staff, even during a super packed Sunday!

Great breakfast spot. The breakfast trio is quite filling for a meal under $20. They offer real maple syrup here. There are so many staff members who are always working very hard to keep tables clean and they are constantly accommodating our requests. The food always comes out quickly, even when the place is packed and busy. Also there is a nice little gift shop in the store. Perfect for entertaining kids without leaving the restaurant. It is also great that they offer Breakfast all day and stay open much later than other diners in mass.

Been here multiple times and never disappoint.. last few times we had Kyra (not sure of the spelling) as our server and she’s amazing. The atmosphere is almost like you are in a country store and a diner at the same time.

The wost restaurant around. Racial profiling Is the order of the day.
Went with my wife to have breakfast. We were told immediately we enter that it’s full. And we should go wait. I ask for how many minutes and was told no time frame, just go wait in your car.
But the white family behind us was asked “table for how many”, and they said, three. They were giving table.

Overall, I’d definitely skip this place.

First time we stopped by was on Mother’s Day which not surprisingly was packed but our server was friendly, fast and did a great job. French toast has a lot of cinnamon which I liked and had a good flavor, bacon was crispy and eggs were fresh and really good as well, the downside is it doesn’t come with toast or homefries/hasbrowns. My husband got the French toast sandwich with ham which for $9.95 we thought would be the thick cut breakfast ham but instead it was ONE slice of plain deli ham. Today was our second time, it was a lot less packed and we had drew as our server. Service was a lot slower which was odd due to not even being half packed on what it was on Mother’s Day. The first time we were asked if we wanted small or large juice but drew just brought up and charged for a large, no questions asked. Asked for coffee and no cream was brought with it, asked for water and extra syrup and by the time we received it we were done with the with the meal.

I loved their gluten free options. The English muffins they serve are the best I have since going gluten free several years ago.

Portions could be bigger. Homefries and toast do not come with most breakfast plates. Unlike other breakfast places. Food was good. Price was reasonable.

This was my first time here. We were seated quickly but the restaurant filled up quickly as well. What I originally wanted was not available, stuffed French toast, so I went with the apple caramel waffles with whipped cream. Although the waffle got soggy very fast it was good none the less. The dishes are reasonably priced.
