The workers were polite and our waitress Jakyria was very attentive. However, the food was TERRIBLE. We ordered two quesadillas and fries. The cheese was not melted and all of the chicken fell out of the tortilla. Needed a fork to try to eat which we didn’t have. The fries were the worst. They clearly dropped old fries in grease and served. I would not recommend.

If you are the franchise owner of this location you should be ashamed of the way your choice of employees have trashed the Zaxbys name.
The wait @ 1 in the afternoon for 20 minutes ridiculous.
The service or lack there of is more like it.
I’ve never had my food handed to me dripping coleslaw juice from the bag quite like this before. No ZERO ice in drink.
I wouldn’t have minded the wait if the food had been fresh. But to get it all cold and soaked in juice from the way it was almost thrown at me in the drive-thru was just to much. Had I known it was leaking everywhere I would have paid for the pure joy of throwing it back at them.
On a side not the lady whom I paid at the first window was super nice and apologized in advance for what was to come.
I fully expect that no one will respond especially the owner.
My advice go elsewhere!!!

The employees were very polite and welcoming. I received kind smiles as I entered. The cashier was patient whilst taking my order, she confirmed my order by reading it back to me as well. The food looked delicious and came out within 5 minutes! It was very tasty and I had a lovely experience!

Waited at the window for nearly 28 minutes waiting on my food. Food cost way more than I expected for two people. Cars were honking for them to hurry it up. Staff was nice and food was awesome though, but if you’re in a hurry to get somewhere don’t go here.

Passing through the area in our 31 foor rv… plenty of parking and easy entry/exit from the highway. We ordered ahead on our way south and food was ready, hot and tasty! Staff was great, and made us feel welcome when we walked in. Great job!

The food was great . But the guy said they were all out of ketchup for the night it was 5 pm. I ask for zabys sauce and had pay 25. For that . Thought it came with chicken . Only received one sauce . But the food was hot and good . This was at the West Point ms location.

Update: the owner commented to let them know on their website, the site doesn’t even have that store listed.
Literally just waited for about 45 minutes on a mobile curbside order, placed the order, drove to the store, checked in, watched in the mirror as 30+ppl got their orders. Called 10 minutes ago after the “ready” time, a girl comes and tells me they’re out of sweet tea, I said a Dr pepper is fine. Mind you, this is a KIDS MEAL, 2 tenders couple fries, zax sauce (they didn’t give me) and a rice crispy treat. Waited about 10 more minutes and called again, said I’m still waiting on a kids meal, manager claims they’re gonna remake it because she could have sworn they took it to me earlier… Get my order and it’s not fresh, no zax sauce and the amount of time. I’ll stick to only eating at the Starkville location. Lesson learned.
