The wait time was kind of long, but that’s to be understood from a new location. The service that I got from Morrea, not so sure about the spelling of her name, but it was very similar to that she took the order and also was at the window, and I was very impressed so much to the fact that I gave her a tip!!! Employees are friendly and really make you feel welcomed. Food came out and hot and fast. The app offers great specials and the reward system is pretty good. There is a man who works the window. I feel like he’s there all the time. I haven’t gotten his name, but I hope you are paying him what he’s worth. Because I would love to have him work for me. If He’s not a manager, he should be. He always has such a pleasant attitude, great personality, and he hustles. Fast and friendly service.

Worst chicken we ever had. We took out our food. It was wrapped lousy. The sauce was dripping over everything & sticky. I had boneless wings with teriyaki. Chicken tasted like rubber not chicken. Hubby had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was soggy with awful sauce. The chicken wasn’t spicy like specified. Even the fries were awful. Not going back. Horrible food & this place should be closed down. I recommend nobody bothering to try it. Only wasting money.

Just tried Zaby’s for the first and last time. I had the Cobb salad it was the worst Cobb salad I’ve ever had. The tomatoes were past their prime and the fried chicken was so salty it was almost inedible. It comes with “Texas Toast” which was just soggy bread toasted on one side – not at all edible. They also don’t give you enough salad dressing. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Don’t eat there! Also chocolate chip cookies are not very good.

Drive-thru warning: Do not expect to get your food at the window. The food at this store is generally good, but the service at this store since it opened has been pretty frustrating. Ordering is inconsistent with minimal feedback about your order. The second ordering line was only open the first week. You always have to pull off from the window (even if you’re the only car). The staff has not been very friendly in my experiences both inside and drive-thru. Overall, the food is usually good, but you can expect to be frustrated at most visits with how this store operates.

Overall food was good, hot and not over-salted. However, eating inside was like going to church… seriously loud christian music was over the top and annoying. Will choose drive thru next time. Pretty expensive as well.

Even though the drive-thru is super busy right now, because their dine-in isn’t open yet (will open Apr. 3rd), the courteous staff did a good job handling orders and bringing them to the parked cars. Everything we ordered was perfect.
