By trade, we’re a collection of corporate hacks/has-been’s who decided it was a good idea to open up a ramen restaurant as a second or even a third job. Our respective families might miss us a bit more (or not at all) and we may be a bit overextended, but this pursuit has certainly been worthwhile. This might be our new favorite ramen place! We tried the combo for 2 which includes two main entrees and 3 appetizers. We ordered the veggie spirit lifter Ramen, spicy tonkotsu Ramen, veggie gyoza and karaage. We were there on a weekend evening and the place was not crowded and the service was great and super quick.

Both Spicy Miso Tonkotsu and Vegan Kimchi Miso were fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!!! It is more of a take out than dine in place but they have few tables. The staff was very friendly. 5 stars!!!

The place is clean and service was quite efficient despite being full. The ramen left a lot to be desired. The noodles were greasy and the chashu was burnt and chewy, which trickled the burnt flavor into the broth. The spicy miso had a sharp spiciness that did not blend well with the broth yet covered every other taste other than the burnt chashu. There are some better options within a 10 miles radius
