Stopped in on a a tuesday right at opening time. The inside was super clean as well as the men’s restroom. Ordered 5 finger plate combo. The employee (didn’t catch her name) yet tall black woman was so very friendly and had a wonderful smile. She explained the “hotness of the flavors” and finished ringing me up. as i left i ordered a frozen lemonade and the first person helped me yet another lady (older white woman) behind the counter also looked at me and said hello and asked how i was doing…. This location was a very CLEAN and inviting and the staff was awesome. It is hard to get anyone to look up at you and also be very cordial these days… this visit was refreshing Thank you ladies at this location… made my day.

They often undercook their fries. If you try to use the app to time your order right to not get soggy warm fries that have steamed in the packaging. They will just pull you forward and make you wait. If you provided a better product that was cooked properly, there wouldn’t be any issues.

On Jan 17, 2026. I went to the establishment to get a Strawberry Lemonade, with peach syrup, like I have done several times before. I was willing to pay twice the amount of the cost of 1 pump of syrup, but I was told it was not possible. The first time, that I witnessed an establishment go out of it’s way , not to make more money

I ordered two dinners from this location and was disappointed with the overall quality. The chicken strips were noticeably small, and the regular fries portion did not match the price point. The coleslaw was not packaged in a sealed container, which caused the juices to leak during transit and left the fries soggy by the time the order arrived.
The drinks were also an issue: one was incorrect, and the other tasted like plain carbonated water with no flavor. Between the portion sizes, the poor packaging, and the drink problems, the experience did not justify the cost or the wait. I do not plan to return.

Must say I’ve heard ppl talk about zaxbys before but I don’t think we have one here in Louisiana… Or at least not anymore.
Very iconic restaurant. The interior is very nice as is the decorum (pictured)
I was blown away by the simplicity but deliciousness of the loaded fries (unfortunately seems to be a limited menu item).
There was a deal for first time dining and using the app u get a free big zax snax so I DLed the app and redeemed that offer. Pretty nice so I could have done that just to eat.
The BZS wasn’t as good as the loaded fries but I used that to sample multiple sauces. I Was impressed the zaxbys goes the extra mile to ensures sanitary environment. Bag of food and drink all had security seals… That might seem minor but it’ll give u peace of mind a door dasher or someone else hasn’t been skimming your food. Alot of places don’t do that.
The peach tea is really good unfortunately it must be kept in the back bc the Tea container in the store is only sweet and nowhere near as good.
I think it’s fair to say this is a direct competitor to canes. However canes is by FAR much worse with pricing and offerings. The teas better, more variety of sauces (whiles canes sauce is more versatile id say zaxs are better), the chicken actually has flavor besides sauce dipping, there’s actual rewards and the app has a purpose. Canes only wins on the toast… Zaxs little bit of toast can go.
Id happily trade the lot of canes in the area for 1-2 Zaxbys in my area. Definitely will be going

2 of us got food poisoning Monday night from the chicken finger meals. 8 hours of intense pain and vomiting…. I dont know if it was the chicken or the sauce or what, but Please save yourself and go eat anywhere else.

They handled Veteran’s Day with their free food so well. The place was packed. The food came out free, Hot, and they were so nice. Highly recommend this location.

I don’t know if i am the right person to give a review of this place because i know i will biased since i am a fan! I eat at Zaxby’s every week, often more. I come to this place for the following reasons, the food, the ambiance, and the service. I always order the same thing every time and it is consistently good! I like their “wings and things”, traditional, with the “insane” sauce. If you like you wings really hot, you come to the right place since many chicken joints have hot wings that aren’t even “hot”. This one is!
I like Zaxby’s also because their stores are clean (esp. Gulfport, MS Zaxby’s) and nicely themed and their servers are neat. These are something you don’t see often from places this price range. Then, lastly but not the least, i like to eat at Zaxby’s because i get really good “value for money”. I always have a plateful of food that i can eat and enjoy in a casual setting. I will be coming here often.

stopped in for a snack. Got fried pickles and fried mushrooms. The pickles were so-so but the mushrooms were amazing! Stopped in again recently and got the chicken fingers and fried white cheddar bites. Chicken was moist and very tasty but the white cheddar bites were not to my liking. I thought they would be like fried cheese curds but these were just bland and blah.
