If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. My order was over $40 dollars and they got it all wrong. They refused to replace my order until I got furious with them. Then when I showed up to replace my food, they said they were not replacing it. Not to mention the counter and floors were very sticky. Terrible place to eat. Take your business to a place that values you and treats you right.

Absolutely wild that you shut your fryers off before 9:30 on a Friday night. Pulled up at 9:28 and was told I’d have to wait 15-20 minutes for 5 tenders because the last fryer was already shut off. Do better.

After entering an otherwise empty store at 4:40PM, I was greeted by a worker slamming a tray of freshly-baked cookies down in my face, causing me to jump about 10 feet into the air. I was then ignored for about 5 minutes before being asked what I would like to order. The older employee who took my order was very unkind and seemed annoyed at me, who knows why. It took about 20 minutes for my order to be prepared, with staff laughing, talking, and otherwise not doing their job for a majority of that 20 minutes. For the price of the food, the service was extremely underwhelming. I would not recommend anybody come to this location.

I ordered my food which was fine but there wad an overwhelmingly smell of cigarette smoke on the cup of drink and on the plastic bag holding my dressing. I called the restaurant for the manager to lie about there being no smokers in her establishment. This is gross and disgusting to have your food smell of cigarette smoke. This is a gross habit and I know what it smells like. Just tells me her workers DO NOT wash there hands which is an even bigger issue. The smells obviously is from someone who’s hands are full of smoke. DO BETTER!!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch loaded fry with extra seasoning and extra sauce. Didn’t get the bacon, or the ranch, didn’t get the extra seasoning, didnt get the sauce, didnt even get straws. I feel like its not that hard to do a simple job and do it right but I guess I was mistaken

Showed up at 9:40pm to the drive through person stating they are limited to what they can serve tonight. Went ahead and attempted to order something, “uhh i will not be able to make that for you.” i don’t know if it’s because they were out of a lot supplies or since it was close to closing, they closed everything down. i dont want zaxby’s often but i did tonight LOL

I would give a decent rating but my bun to my chicken sandwich was totally burnt!!! It was gross! How can you burn a bun till it’s black on the inside?! It was a major disappointment. First time eating their sandwiches.
