I do not recommend going at night time it was a horrible experience. I had groceries in my car and had to wait over 20+ minutes for my family pack. I walked inside and talked to a lady named Aubrey up front and she got it worked out for me. She was the only person who was nice during this situation even after I told her I would have to write a review.

Just set at the drive thru speaker for 20 min no one said anything. Started to think the speaker was out. Pulled up no it wasn’t out people setting there waiting so I lost my place in line. Update after leaving this review the store manager starts Facebook stalking me and sending me messages trying to get me to call him about this review. I hope ur reading this cause corporate will now be called. What a weirdo.

I truly love their chicken fingers so much! It’s way better than the Chick-fil-A chicken fingers because it has tons of meat and no fillers. I also like their spicy chicken sandwich too. Ever since I discovered Zaxby’s chicken, I literally stopped going to all other chicken restaurants like Raising Cane, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, etc… This place is truly the BEST! The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They keep this place clean and organized at all times. They have drive-thru too, if you’re too lazy to go inside. You should also download their mobile app to conveniently order, pay, and view your rewards on it. Once you have signed up, you will automatically get your first free signature chicken sandwich through the mobile app. You can redeem it within 30 days at any Zaxby’s location.

I go here very frequently because it is very close. There have been countless times I have been shorted a strip or toast in place of slaw. I have also noticed the size of the stripe are getting smaller and smaller. Is this a nugget or a strip?

My goal is not to complain but I believe it’s getting harder to come back and spend time each week with my daughter and eat. Portions are getting smaller, and harder like it was premade earlier in the day. I don’t know what is going on but used to be so fresh. I ordered buffalo meal boneless chicken wings and they were small and hard as a rock. I sure hope things get better because it sure isn’t getting any cheaper either.

Went inside and ordered to go and it was the best experience! The girls working the front were smiling and knew about the menu! And the people working in the back were also smiling and talking to us customers as well! Overall great experience and will be back!

This zaxbys had us wait for over ten minutes for our food, only to bring it out cold. The cheese in the loaded fries was not melted it was ice cold. The chicken sandwich was cold. We will never come back

DONT go to this place. Placed an order for pickup, when I got there they had “forgotten” my cheddar bites. I went back inside to ask and the cheddar bites had miraculously appeared AFTER I had picked up my order. They had a rude attitude and I saw someone in the kitchen pull out a phone AND VAPE! Gross. P.S most of them were blonde working at around 4pm on a thursday.
