I truly love their chicken fingers so much! It’s way better than the Chick-fil-A chicken fingers because it has tons of meat and no fillers. I also like their spicy chicken sandwich too. Ever since I discovered Zaxby’s chicken, I literally stopped going to all other chicken restaurants like Raising Cane, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, etc… This place is truly the BEST! The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They keep this place clean and organized at all times. They have drive-thru too, if you’re too lazy to go inside. You should also download their mobile app to conveniently order, pay, and view your rewards on it. Once you have signed up, you will automatically get your first free signature chicken sandwich through the mobile app. You can redeem it within 30 days at any Zaxby’s location.

My husband and I went there for dinner yesterday and just as we pulled in the power went out due to the storm. It was only out for 5 mins so then we preceeded to the drive thru and the lady at the window took our order and we pulled around to pay. This is where the trouble started… I had a coupon for buy one get 1 dinner type thing and the lady said the coupon wasn’t accepted there and didn’t take it, our food was super cold, and the soda drinks were flat.. She blamed it on the power being out but it was only out for a few mins. She didn’t apologize or do anything to make me want to come back and eat here. We usually don’t eat at zaxby’s very much because it’s so expensive, but we definitely won’t be back. How rude!

Fist time trying Zaxby’s, probably the last. Chicken and fries were barely warm tasted like old fryer oil. Texas toast was burnt on one side. Back to Popeyes we go!

I opened the Powell restaurant in Knoxville, Tennessee years ago… I have always loved the food there, especially their wings and tenders. I was happy to see the location in the Halls area is still open! Haven’t been there in years, and it’s still really delicious!!!

I sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes waiting to order a tea. The crew member ask me to “give her a minute because her card reader wasn’t working”. I got tired of waiting and pulled away, there wasn’t even anyone at the window.

Order on line went to Zaxby’s got in the line at the drive through waited 45 minutes and went to the window and they said it still wasn’t done so waited over an hour. You are going to have to step it up or you will lose customer that way

I wish there was a zero star review this is the first time I’ve had an issue and we go here a couple times a week ,I ordered almost 40 dollars worth of food like I always do even more sometimes I requested zaxbys sauce at the speaker and extra ice and pickles willing to pay,then I had to deal with the manager Sarah and when I confronted her saying she could had been alittle nicer she gave me attitude stated that I was wrong,then I get home and this is the fry’s my kids get for how much money I had to pay for the food it’s ridiculous.
