The most spacious & best designed Panera interior I’ve been to! They even have a dual-sided fireplace by the small tables. So many seating options–booths, 4-chair tables, lots of 2 chairs ones, & outdoor seating. And even 2 lounge chairs! It doesn’t even look that big from the outside but so spacious inside. The bagel & muffin we ordered was fine. Coffee bar in separate section from the cold drinks. Staff were professional, friendly yet not intrusive. The only thing needing improvement is a restroom upgrade, especially the toilets.

i ordered online and got the bakers dozen for cinnamon crunch bagels.
when i got them, they were boxed up and were not sliced and toasted as requested. the first one i cut open was clearly not baked all the way as i could see and feel the difference in texture. each one that i sliced in half was this so i was unable to eat any of them. i called the store because i wanted to make sure if i reordered them that they would be edible. the manager cut me off when i explained what happened and then put me on hold which was okay..until it had been over 20 minutes of being on hold and then they had the audacity to hang up on me and not answer when i tried to call back.
all i wanted were some dang bagels and to make sure if i reordered that they would correct. very unprofessional to place someone on hold in hopes that they would just end the call and then to hang up on the customer instead of answering a question.
very rude and disrespectful.

This Panera has gone very much downhill. Rude employees, ridiculously small portions thrown together like slop.

My latest orders have been pickups. If you order something extra like chicken on your salad, you won’t get it. Its happened several times. Today I ordered an Asian salad with extra chicken. Instead I got what looked like about a half portion of chicken. My daughter didn’t get her croutons for her soup. I cannot help but think that poor management, and employees who don’t care (especially if you don’t tip them, and I don’t because sorry I don’t believe this type of restaurant warrants tipping).

Whoever owns this Panera needs to address these issues. Its always been overpriced but the menu, food always made me think it was worth it. Not anymore. You’d probably get better food from the gas station

This Panera location is run terribly. We ordered a chicken salad, got home and realized the salad had no chicken on it. We live a few towns over so could not drive back at the moment and instead called the store. We were supposed to be put down in the “mess ups” book for the meal to be remade at a later time.

Came in today to get the meal remade and intending to pay for another meal for myself. The current manager on duty, mid 50s woman with glasses, threw a hissy fit and literally threw the bag of chicken she had mistakingly made off to the side saying, “I don’t want to deal with that just use my account.”

I told the poor girl she made suddenly responsible that I was good and didn’t want any food from this location any longer.

Utterly ridiculous behavior from someone who is supposed to be managing the location. Getting mad at the customer after you made a mistake is so absurd.

Shay was awesome. She took our order at the register and was super nice and helpful deciding what we wanted. She was very professional and communicative! Loved her and her service!

The staff is % awesome was very helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy, however we were not happy. I had fond memories of Panera when they first opened the pastries how they overflowed with yummy goodness. The wonderful potato soup served in a sourdough bowl . I thought it was a good idea to introduce to my mother who had never experienced it before. But… No bread bowls. So I got what I thought would be yummy. French onion soup. Except I don’t know who came up with this concept I paid over $6 for a bowl of cooked onions with croutons on top and a sprinkle of mozzarella?? I personally thought it tasted like dish soap. Awful. The special coffee I ordered was more expensive than the famous Seattle coffee place. Mom had the squash soup and I am honestly saying it tastes like baby food heated up and poured in a bowl. I really wanted to love Panera. Sigh.

Wow – $5 for Green goddess avocado toast and this is what I got. Anyone see more than 1/2 tsp of avocado?? Nope, me either. I seriously don’t know how this was ever thought to be acceptable.

Panera never disappoints! I stopped in for a quick bite and tried the Mexican Street Corn Chowder and Fiesta Chicken Sandwich—both were delicious. The chowder was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice with those crunchy tortilla strips on top. The sandwich was warm and satisfying, packed with tender chicken, roasted corn, and melty cheese on their signature bread—absolutely hit the spot.

Clean space, quick service, and a perfect combo for lunch. Panera’s seasonal items are always worth trying, and this meal was a win!

Well, my husband and I had an early lunch on Monday 2/3/25. The customer service person was excellent. She was extremely helpful and courteous. I ordered a half chicken salad sandwich and creamed chicken and rice soup. My husband had tomatoe soup and a grilled cheese and bacon half sandwich. While the servings did not look hearty, we were both full after we finished. Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed with the chicken salad. It was just not flavorful. Something was missing. The soup was OK. I ate it.
My husband’s sandwich appeared to have the low quality cheese and a very small pc of bacon. The tomatoe soup was ok. Could have maybe been a littke spicy.
Again, we ate our food and enjoyed our lunch there.
I was just expecting a delicious chicken salad brimming with nuts and fruit.
We will go back and try something else. My blueberry muffin was filling and a nice treat. It was moist
and I could taste the blueberries.
I wanted to try the valentines cookies that looked really good.

I still recommend to frequent and support.

Our meals totaled 35 dollars. However, everything has increased in cost.

I did not find the staff to be friendly. Manager yelled at customer in front of whole staff . I thought it could have been handled more privately and respectfully. At rapid pick up the lady also was less then friendly saying I should have known that my food was ready but I had not been sent a text. It was not a busy time of day. I watched as other customers came to the pick up window and grabbed their food with less then an acknowledgement or greeting by staff. Seems your pretty much on your own here.
