I love Zaxby’s but I’m tired of getting ripped off from all these fast food chains. Less portions for more money is every company’s slogan in 2025. I’ll post below a picture of my wife’s “LARGE 5 finger plate with NO COLESLAW OR TOAST ADD EXTRA FRIES.” Almost 15$ for this and she was still hungry afterwards. If I’m asking you to leave food out of my plate and add extra of something else don’t you think you should do it?? Cause I know I’m not getting charged any less for asking to leave those portions out. I got quadruple dipped. They already charging more than needed, I asked for no coleslaw, no toast, and extra fries and got nothing but disappointment. Pathetic. Won’t be eating here again.

Drive thru workers are almost always grown people with attitude problems, they almost never hand out a receipt, and they never give me everything I order. I have repeatedly paid for sauce specifically over the past two years and I have only received it three times, the staff is so beyond rude usually that I can’t even muster the energy to go back through the line to fix or replace items. I will ask for my sandwich to be made spicy every time and I almost always receive a regular because they are not listening to your customers. I will not be visiting this location again, two years too long of wasting my money.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Traditional Wings and things. The window person Jonah I believe was super nice and helpful with my order. 5/5 would recommend.

This is the only restaurant I know where if the employees get the order wrong, they blame it on the customer every time. I literally read my daughter’s text and they made a fuss over claiming I said something entirely different. Lady did not repeat order but another felt the need to point out that it’s on the screen and I should have read it. They must have a quota for hiring bottom of the barrel people here.

Why would you put a whole piece of bacon on salad Zaxbys? That does not even make sense. The chicken pieces are so hard you can’t even chew them. Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 start but you really don’t deserve that.
