The staff mixed my order up at the Jacksboro location, and then the blonde rudely handed me a boiled egg and a few bacon crumbs, thinking that made everything ok. I asked for grilled chicken but received scraps of grilled and fried. Please do some retrain at this location. My friend and I eat at Zaxbys weekly, but we will go to the Clinton location where they understand customer service.

I don’t do reviews on here a lot, but I’m leaving this one because of how ridiculous the most recent one before this one is. A 2 star review over sauces? Wild.
We ALWAYS have a wonderful experience when our family orders from this Zaxby’s. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and they rarely get it wrong. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

1st Review….. Always get the cheese bites and really enjoy them, until today. Not sure if they were running low on food or what. But only got half of the amount we usually get. Same with my son’s fried pickles.

Zaxbys in Jaxboro is not at all for there chicken as they say they are. They are known for there cigarette smell. The employees are rude, the food sucks, there is screaming in the back when I just wanted my food I had waited for an hour just to get my food, this place is the most incompetent place I have ever seen! Ew people… This is nasty people.

Clean dining room and clean bathrooms each time I’ve dined in. The food is good and usually always fresh. Good salads and I appreciate the healthier option. However, portions are very inconsistent with fries and ESPECIALLY cheddar bites, which is really unfortunate with the prices being as high as they are.

Always amazing but a little pricey. Also wish they still had their spicy fried mushrooms. They were my favorite side they had there. We got chicken fingerz, tongue torch chicken fingerz and zax sauce.

This is a nice Zaxby’s, not too far from the highway. I had the Signature Chicken Sandwich($7.79) and it was pretty good! The service was also good!
