While the food was decent, I was disappointed in the amount of fries we got. On one order, I selected extra fries and it does not appear that we received them. The employees were friendly though our wait in the drive thru was a little on the lengthy side. I will definitely return but if there are more than a few cars in the drive thru, I would opt to go inside and pick up my order instead.

Never again!! Went here on a Sunday at about 4 p.m. It was not busy at all. Ordered for four of us. The 2 salads were mediocre at best, the tomatoes were inedible. The fried chicken fingers were meh, the fries were mealy and cold. Our son said the wings were good. Had to go back in twice because they didn’t put napkins or straws in the bag. Ordered unsweetened peach iced tea with NO ICE. Didn’t taste anything like peach and had ice in it!! The place itself felt gross….. dirty, the bathroom was was pretty bad…… with hardly any customers there why wasn’t someone cleaning??

Whether you’re a driver or consumer for DoorDash, save yourself a lot of headache and avoid this place. Orders are never ready. The drive thru is always backed up. Food seems like it’s alright. I seem to be right on par with other recent reviews, so I feel validated.
My god I actually had a lunch order ready in the delivery bin upon my arrival. I’m buying a lottery ticket! Updated to 2 stars. Maybe it’s just a dinner issue. Time will tell!
Another update—there was a field trip of 50+ students in there for lunch. My DoorDash order was miraculously ready on time. That’s impressive! Day shift has been nothing but reliable lately.

The food was wonderful. It’s fast food so it’s not gourmet you know that coming in, but for fast food wow! it was really good!
The restaurant was very clean.
One of the things that I don’t see very often is people in leadership positions actually leading by example instead of directing and commanding their subordinates.
I loved seeing Kristen out working with the other employees she changed a light bulb while we were there, she helped clean up tables. Not a boss but a leader!
Alania’s kind smile and friendly attitude was a wonderful thing to walk in the door to. This was my first time at a Zaxby’s and she was most polite and patient as I asked ignorant questions.

I just came through the drive through at 4:10pm and the lady at the window was super rude snatched my bag out my hand because I told her the cheese bites was not in the bag . I said you don’t have to snatch the bag all I was going was telling
You it’s not here because I ordered a kiddie cheese and that comes with two boxes she proceeds to say someone else can deal with her because I don’t have to deal with this . No one with that attitude should be working window I’ve worked at zaxbys before and non of my mangers would have allowed someone to disrespect a customer all because they was in he wrong . The correct way would have been . That’s my mistake or I didn’t snatch your bag from your hands if you look at the cameras she was very aggressive and shouldn’t work there at all .

Me and my finance got dinner. I got a salad it was wrong the loaded fries I got was cold. Had no ranch nor bacon. So I called and tried to explain the manger wanted to argue with me and tell me I was wrong because she bagged my food. If a manger had bagged my food the whole Order would not have been wrong . I’m not ever the person to call and complain because I have worked in restaurant business for 3 years. Only offered to replace my salad. Asked for extra sauce. Didn’t give it to us. When I tried to explain the manger kept interrupting still continued to tell me I was wrong. So I told her not to worry about it and have a great rest of her night. Work on your customer skills if I can work in a restaurant on a over hour wait every night and still be pleasant to customers so can they.

So disappointed! My husband and I went to Zaxby’s tonight and we were looking forward to the blackened blue zalad but they no longer have it on the menu! Instead, we ordered the cobb zalad and for $10+ a zalad you would expect to get a little more lettuce than what we received and the bread that came with it was hard and stale. Also, why is the dining room still closed?!
