This location is great. Very new and clean and modern. Employees are kind and our (party of 3) food was out before we sat down. The portions here are larger than I have seen at other Zaxbys locations, but the price is still outrageous. Food was great, we love the wimpy buffalo wings

I’m not one to give poor reviews. This place is new and needs to be held accountable to building upkeep. The floors are slippery with grease. The trashcan outside was full. The men’s restroom soap dispenser did not work. When we called this to the managements attention they did not fix it properly. Another customer made the same complaint. Please teach proper cleaning methods so no one gets hurt on the slippery floors. Our food order was accurate. The food took about 15 minutes to come out. They were not busy or crowded.

Drive through only when we stopped about 30 minutes before they closed. They were not happy and got very busy. We waited 40 min for food. Think they didn’t have alot staff there and they confirmed that they would have to make our order from scratch and would be 20 min. We got fresh food.
