We’ve been regulars here for years, and the service never disappoints. Issac (I hope I’m spelling that right!) is always so friendly and goes out of his way to remember my wife’s and my usual order. That kind of consistency makes us want to keep coming back. The food is always fresh, and everything is kept very clean. Great team all around.

I come in here every week, and I’ve noticed a big difference depending on who’s working. When the blonde girl and the younger male crew member are here, everything runs smoothly and the service is great. But whenever the tall man in the black shirt is working, it’s a completely different experience. The last time I came in, there was a long line and he was just standing at the register not helping anyone. This seems to happen every time I visit and he’s there.

At this point, when I walk in and see him working, I honestly feel like turning around and leaving. It’s frustrating because I really do enjoy coming here, but the service feels very inconsistent.

I’ve also noticed that when I come in at night, the food on the line doesn’t look fresh. The pans look like they’ve been sitting there all day, and all of the food looks dried out. It doesn’t give the same clean, fresh impression that I’m used to during the day. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t like this place, but I really hope management can address these issues so the experience is consistent no matter what time it is or who’s working.

The food was ok. My chicken quesadilla had so much cheese I had to literally remove globs of it in order to eat it. The girl who took my order had an attitude and seemed annoyed that I was taking a second to think. I have never been here before, and probably wouldn’t come back

They used to be very good. But recently they’ve been slacking. I always get a bowl and they used to fill it up but recently they’ve been half filling and legit barely give you enough rice or portion your stuff out like not no beans and no rice and meat and shit in here. Idk if it’s because my ex just started working there. But do better.

Stopped in to Hot Head for a quick lunch. Callie was very helpful in making suggestions as to what sauces would go well with my pork bowl. Love their sweet habanero sauce. The serving portion is huge. I will easily get 2 lunches out of my meal. A bit pricey, but the burrito bowl I had was very good.

Terrible experience. Showed up at 8:30pm and was confused why the open sign was turned off… I’m greeted by the employees all giving me a dirty look and trying to put the food away 30 minutes early. Nobody asks what I would like….. I just had to proceed to order my burrito all while getting a death stare from the employee. Not one word was said to me. I order chicken and guac – and get the smallest serving of them I have ever seen…. She then puts a heaping amount of lettuce on my burrito. It was entirely made of lettuce and cheese while I paid full price for chicken and guac. Worst customer service I have received in my life…. I never leave reviews anywhere, but had to hop on here for this one. Will never get my business again

My wife and I loaded the family in the car so we could get food at Hot Heads. I was greeted by a locked door and this sign citing “staffing issues”. As stood there I saw an able-bodied person inside behind the counter. There is NO reason why this person couldn’t have made our entrees for us. If they are out of some ingredients and don’t have time to prepare them that’s fine, but only having one person isn’t a reason to close. This is the 3rd time I’ve encountered a locked door during business hours at this location. It’s almost as if the kids who work here are just locking the door and putting up signs so they don’t have to do anything. If they were really short staffed, they shouldn’t have anyone there at all. I’m very disappointed.

Not bad but not good chicken was dry but decent flavor maybe was sitting in the container to long during a slow day portion was decent had the runs immediately after so not sure what that was about got the jalapeno ranch sauce tasted good though but overall a 6/10 I’d try it again maybe a different meat next time I love chicken but my people it has to be moist

There seems to be a growing trend among places like this (Americanized Mexican food) where they are simply adamant on portioning your food as if they work in a Great Depression soup kitchen. I have to repeatedly demand more (which is just the standard amount btw) to even receive a half-filled bowl. Then they have the gall to raise prices. Would rank 0/5 if it were possible.
